Custom Aire is always easy to deal with. Their staff are responsive and professional and do a great job. We have used them for years and are always very satisfied.

I have to give Custom Aire a lot of credit. We had some fairly significant issues initially, but they took that constructive criticism, hired someone new in management to overhaul the company, and have went above and beyond now to rectify the situation.

To me, the biggest indication of a company is not how they handle things when all is well, but how they rectify things when it’s not. It’s easy to look good when there aren’t issues, it’s harder to take a step back and do the right thing when there are blips.

I wish the company well and absolutely commend the new manager for stepping in and fixing a situation he didn’t create. Good leadership trickles down and is necessary for good workers.

I had Custom Aire put in a new heat pump system a year ago. They did a good job and the price was reasonable. All the Techs are very nice.

Austin did a great job yesterday getting our drain working on our air conditoner. Very friendly also pointed out that we have heat with our unit. He did a great job. We need some cleaning and I want Austin. Friendly and definitely knows his job. Great guy. You have a great worker there.

I had service and a new system installed at my property and Custom Aire did a great job. Both their service and new install teams communicated well, were professional, and did great work. They arrived on time, kept a clean job site, and updated me on progress. I have a bit of a tricky space situation in my center city Philadelphia property and they were able to handle it without issue. I will definitely be using Custom Aire again.

Custom Aire installed our HVAC system many years ago. We have used them for the upkeep and repair of the system ever since. Making appointments is easy. Lisa does a great job. Brandon has been out to the house and is very knowledgable and thorough. Austin paid us a visit recently, and did a great job programming the thermostat. Over the years, mistakes have been made (as we all do) but the people of Custom Airs care a lot about their reputation. Anytime there was an issue, they made sure it was taken care of. I highly recommend Custom Aire for all their HVAC and dustless needs.
