Terrible management. HR doesn’t know a thing about her job, I’m not even sure how she has it. Pay is a high schoolers pay. Product is shipped damaged. Would not order from this company or work for them!

Buyer beware
After waiting four business days after placing the order, I had to call to find out about shipping. I had sent an email, but never received a response. I called and the sales guy who answered the phone answered yea? I had to ask if this was CFD. He said yes. He could not find my order and had to call me back. He told me my items were in shipping. Received a tracking number late that afternoon.
When my order arrived, the packing was two boxes taped together. My filter was supposed to be 36” long. When I pulled the filters out of the box, the filters were damaged. But that was not the real problem. They sent me one 12x24x1 and one 12 x 12 x 1. They were taped together. Too long to fit properly in to my 12x36x1 filter holder. I was charged $43 for the four filters I ordered (12x36x1).
Poor customer service and incorrect product.
