Custom Prescriptions of Lancaster

This is a very interesting apothecary because you apparently have to be referred by a specialist to get a patient-tailored medicine or remedy for something that requires non-standard treatment.

This *not* a CVS or Walgreens to pick up general items or pop in for a bottle of aspirin. There are some bottles of minerals for sale but the very small area is dominated by the sales desk where you pick up a prescription.

Staff was decently nice but busy.

Delivery of a prescription IS available to Lancaster residents for $3 USD.

Parking is street only or go down to the hospital parking garage and walk back up to the location.

I would rate 0 if I could. I was never told by their pharmacist my medication wasn’t covered by my insurance and they would be charging me their price for it, I was only aware of the delivery fee. I called them to figure out how to get my money back and she clearly didn’t care that they blindly robbed me of money without my consent or knowledge of a copay for the prescription. Never going back here.

A small pharmacy that compounds drugs by prescription. I need special med for my dog’s condition. They are accommodating for your needs.
Located a little difficult for parking but I’ve figured it out.
