Worst place ever they tried to steal from me and I refused to let them so now where going to court about it, definitely do not go here!

I submitted a request online for more information on a vehicle at Cutuly Auto. I was fortunate to get a return call the next day from Dominic (in sales). He was kind and informative (not pushy at all). He knew I was having a rough time getting beat out at other dealerships due to lack of call backs (most of the calls were on cars across the country from me- including this one). Dominic knew my situation and answered all of my questions promptly. He was more than willing to help me facilitate the purchase and the transport. He offered to video chat with me to do a virtual walk around to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. Even though I didn’t end up buying that specific car, I would not hesitate to work with Dominic at Cutuly Auto if the situation presented itself in the future. He provided excellent service!

Well, I missed the first Jaguar XK8 they had on the market (scooped up quickly) but didn't hesitate on this one. It was a pleasure dealing with Dom, from scheduling a test drive, arranging for my wife to come by and drive the Jag, to closing the deal. All very simple, quick, and fun. Thanks to the Cutuly team!

Terrible experience bad service if you come here I hope you don’t expect anything to be done in a timely manner. I’ve seen more professional work from the local crackhead car fixer. Everybody has their neighborhood.

Very unprofessional! The short guy made me feel very uncomfortable while my boyfriend was shopping for a vehicle. I will never go back!

Horrible service! Stay away! So many hidden fees and lies. Tried to steal the vehicle I purchased from them. Declined my payment then said I missed my first payment and tried to repo my car! Absolute scammers! Not to mention the short guy who sold me the lemon would not stop trying to hit on my girl. Very disrespectful and unprofessional!

Dominic was by far the best salesman I've meet. Family man, makes you feel comfortable. Really fun and nice guy overall. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect with my purchase. Highly recommend!

I had a very smooth buying process and was helped a lot through the finance process. I had my car for two years before it’s mechanical breakdown so I will not blame that on the dealer but rather bad luck. However I did learn through this process that the warranties that he sells do not offer adequate coverage for the type of car he is selling. Many of the cars on this lot are used luxury models with high repair costs and this warranty companies limit of liability for its greatest repair is only 1k more than you pay for the policy. Save your money and put it towards the repair IF it’s needed. They will sell it to you as a no worries protection but the NVP warranty is trash even if it sounds like it’s not.

Dominic was excellent to work with. We even got a deal done on a federal holiday. High quality vehicles and Dominic very much cares about the quality of vehicles for his customers. I will be back for sure.

I was excited to purchase from Dominic but the images he posted of the car didn’t match the vehicle at all. If there’s a way to catfish someone with a car, he figured it out. Photos were edited, video descriptions, intentionally avoided areas of significant damage I wasted money on a rental car, gas, and drove 9 hours round trip for a pice of junk car. I obviously didn’t purchase. I’ll let you know if he reimburses me for the rental car and gas for a wasted trip. I’m not holding my breath though.

My son had been looking for a very specific Jeep for over a year, so when he located one in Pittsburg, PA I was a little hesitant about pursuing the transaction long distance, but knew it was a rare find. After speaking with Dominic over the phone and reviewing details of the Jeep, my hesitation dissipated! Dominic was not only forthright about the details of our out-of-state transaction, he was extremely polite and proved to be a man of his word. As a result, I wouldn't hesitate to drive 8 hours again to purchase a car from Dominic and Cutuly Auto Sales.

Great dealership if you know what you're looking for. They have a broad choice of makes and models. Many are beautiful high end type cars. Dom is a professional in all areas. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

Just a TERRIBLE DEALER! I bought a bmw from him, hes said it was in excellent condition.it was far from it! In fact it was the worst car i ever owned.take my advise no matter how nice it looks ""RUN AWAY FROM THERE!

Dominic is an absolute saint! He’s honest, dependable, doesn’t play around, and most of all he made sure I got a car so close to Christmas!

I was looking at a Range Rover he had but the bank wasn’t for it in my scenario, Dominic gave me a call and said “I have a 2016 BMW that’s great on gas & has all the bells/whistles. ” Believe it or not I walked out with a newer car in my price and down payment range & also great on gas a day before Christmas Eve! I recently bought a car through a vendor, Cutuly Auto Sales, that uses autotrader to display their inventory. I did a thorough inspection of the vehicle on the lot and test drove the vehicle as well, no issues were present after inspecting as much as possible within reason. 10 miles down the road after the transaction was completed the check engine light came on. After having the codes read immediately after lighting up it was evident that the codes had been deleted prior to me looking at the car. This was evident due to many monitors saying that 50 Miles must be driven on the car (70k are on the vehicle) to indicate the completion of a monitor I. E. Emissions etc. The vehicle was sold to me with a faulty waste gate lever inside of the turbocharger which would cost over $3,000 to repair. I bought the warranty that the dealer provided which was extra charge because of the turbo charger. The warranty that was sold to me does not even cover the part due to fine print. When confronted about this blatant issue Cutuly’s responded with “don’t be upset it’s just a car” rather than offering to find a solution to the blatant error.

I bought the used car and warranty in good faith that the Cutuly would not sell a damaged car. I was wrong. Because I bought the used car in Pennsylvania no laws protect the buyer after the transaction is complete. Cutuly Auto Sales should be avoided at all costs if you are a buyer. Read the reviews on the dealership, as I did not and it is haunting me.

I purchase a 2008 Land Rover less than 6 months ago I had to purchase a new transmission in March and left and right struts Assemblies w/ Air spring plus I got the warranty from him that cover 2500 of the 7500 transmission they covered nothing on the strut am out of 10,000 in one month

We drove 2 1/2 hours to see this little gem of a car dealer. Dominic had everything ready for us, and we were out the door, in our new car, in less than two hours. If you’re looking for a high-end, quality used-car, I highly recommend checking out Cutuly’s. His cars are beautiful, and his financing rates can’t be beat. We will definitely be repeat buyers.

Bought a car here just as our state shutdown for covid.finally as pa opened back up I managed to get the car we bought into a shop for evaluation. Now I realize I bought a used car and never expect perfect condition. Having said that though we spent nearly 2000 getting the variable timing solenids replaced for starters.car came devoid of oil in the engine and the following came from our recent evauation.
There are many issues to tell you about, so I thought it best to type everything out. Then, if you need more clarification, please let me know.

-First, there is a definite issue with the transmission. There is a slippage between 2nd and 3rd and 3rd and 4th. While it may be possible to try to change the transmission fluid and filter, we think that it is likely that you need a replacement transmission.

-The front subframe has a rust hole in it (we do see this often on MINIs.) Unfortunately, this will have to be repaired to pass state inspection when the time comes.

-There is an issue with the left front headlight not coming on (and the other one staying on!) There is most likely an issue with the footwell module. We see corrosion get into these modules often.

-The exhaust flex pipe is broken and will likely fail state inspection.

-The check engine light is on and the car is throwing an oxygen sensor fault. (This could be as simple as just replacing the oxygen sensor or it could represent a larger issue.)

-There are at least three significant oil leaks (the valve cover, the vacuum pump, and the oil filter housing gasket.)
Unfortunately, we believe that these repairs will exceed the value of the vehicle.
I would not buy a vehicle here without a very thorough exam by a different mechanic.nothing I can do about it now due to the months between now and purchase. Thx covid
For the record the vehicle has been sitting in my driveway for the whole summer with very little drive time, so less than 400 miles driven since purchase
