7Worse customer service ever! Apparently the only customers that are important are the ones who are in store. Not the ones holding on the phone for over a half hour. Never going back to this pharmacy.
Won't allow me to transfer a prescription from CVS to any other pharmacy that does have the script I need. Plus it's going to take 3 to 4 days to get it in stock. And yes Pharmacist Kevin Morris, and E. Washington St. Female Pharmacist both act like they are Gods that want to bring pain and suffering to ordinary citizens. I will never use CVS again!
They both need FIRED!
Advertised item (Sunday paper) not there on Monday morning. Don't advertise it if you aren't going to have it in stock! I will not return to any CVS for any reason. The big shots may wonder why your sales are low. This is why. You will lose customers if sale items are not available.
I use this pharmacy because of it being the most convient for me but seriously need to change to another. Very bad customer service. There is a lady there named Jennifer who is extremely rude and has no customer service skills. The pharmacist is very rude. Just a horrible atmosphere. Not a pleasant experience when dealing with this place.
Zero customer service is skills! I would say the entire pharmacist department. Stuff needs a refresher on customer relations.
HORRIBLE Customer Service! The "manager" is EXTREMELY RUDE & acts like an immature little boy! I have nothing but issues at this location & constantly have to deal with RUDE people! This placed used to be ran well & have a lot nicer employees! But as of the last year or 2, it has gone to HELL! If you are thinking about coming to CVS, choose a different location!
Worst ever! Kevin Morris-Pharmacist, extremely rude, unprofessional, and just creepy tbh. ZERO customer service skills! I would say the entire Pharmacy dept.staff needs a refresher on customer relations. I switched to this store only after a move across town and I can say I truly miss Chris at the W. Washington Street location! He left CVS.he was the best!
