Drug Store CVS reviews
20Tom in pharmacy is a very wonderful person and employee he did everything he could to get me a discount on my high prescription price due to an insurance error and also it's just a nice genuine man over all. If you ever need help at this pharmacy I would recommend him to be the one to help you
Not only didn't make the woman behind me in line wear a mask, they opened the register next to me (instead of an open register 6 feet away). Used to be a place to go for quick supplies, but can never trust this pharmacy with my health ever again. Avoid at all costs during pandemic.
I had an issue whereby I lost a receipt that my company needed for accounting purposes. I was in big trouble! But Sue, one of the manager's here, was extremely patient, helpful, and easy to talk to. I've been coming to this store for 10 years now and it is always my first choice for pharmacy and several other items. Best CVS out there! Thank you Sue! You are a rock star!
I went down to this store to pick up a prescription for my dad’s insulin. He is a type 1 diabetic and is completely out of his insulin, said he needed it today. Apparently the pharmacy closes at 6: 00 PM and I came in around 6: 10 telling them I had an emergency and needed the insulin today. For the sake of 10 MINUTES they told me their system couldn’t process this order. No apologies. They never asked if he was going to be ok or if there was anything else they could do to help. Just complete coldness from both the guys working the pharmacy. Couldn’t make it any more obvious they don’t care about you. I expect way better from this place considering I’ve been shopping here for years. You just lost a loyal customer CVS.
STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH.
They allow customers without masks to enter and make purchases. Employees say the owner told them that they aren’t allowed to enforce mask wearing. You’d think that a pharmacy would respect the health and safety of the community but not this one. Shameful.
So they are redoing the floors and had the children's care aisle roped. I asked the polite cashier to help and she paged the manager Susan yt the front. Susan, told me that there was nothing that she could do to get me the children's Tylenol and rudely suggested that I need to come back later that day. I asked if there was any in the back and she replied no that they are working back there too. Rather snarkily actually. There are 4 other stores that cese medicine less than a mile away and I highly recommend going anywhere else
I see why they get low ratings! It's a shame they don't change. I gave them a script to fill and they told me 2 bus. Days because of their system glitch. How wrong that was! The 2 business days was so they could stop billing my insurance and wasn't to get it filled. Plus they loudly give your info on the phone and at the location. Ever heard of hippa? Avoid at all cost!
I am pretty sure that CVS is supposed to be short for convenience. This is not the case at this store. Every cashier is always so incredibly slow. It's impossible to just grab a quick soda and pay and get out quickly. Time after time I wait in a line because the cashiers are so so slow.
No such thing as a fast “in and out” experience at this CVS. Cashiers and employees are slow and not attentive. More concerned about chatting with each other. If it wasn’t close I wouldn’t be stopping regularly.
Most of all of the staff I come in contact with are rude minus the Pharmacy. I never had a rx filled there. You ask an employee where something is, photo, or Western Union- good luck. I once asked to speak to the Manager because of the shi*** service she replied "I am the manager" it all makes sense now. My new home is Walgreens
Come here on several occasions to buy either leggings in size medium or a certain kind of hair conditioner or just other little items I'm in need of. Time and time again their shelves are bare. I will NOT be returning to this CVS. Ive come here about once a week for a few months and the items in in need of are never in stock. Its unacceptable
I use CVs as my main drug store. I enjoy the delivery service as I can't always get there to pick up my prescriptions. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Sometimes there is a wait line for Rx pick up in store.
Buyer beware. This store sells old stuff. Make sure you check the item`s expiration date and the condition of the item.
This is your average CVS Pharmacy. Everything you'd expect from a drug store with plenty of parking.
It was clearance tyme, so I bought a pretty good amount of useful stuff pretty cheap.im pretty sure it was around $2.let me see if I remember:
3 dusters
1 pair of men's slippers
1 pair of women's ballet slippers
3 tiny organising compartment drawers
2 medium organizing compartment drawers
but it seems to always take a long tyme to make a purchase at the counter, even on none clearance days
It's close to my house so I fequent there often however, the staff is rude. There has been a few nice people but the pharmacy techs can be rude and so can the cashiers. Also, there has been a few times I have bought expired products and when I went to return it they asked me why I didn't check the date.that's not my job its thiers.
The last time I was in there the older woman in the pharmacy took a customer who walked up to the counter even though there were 3 people standing in line.
Wish they would install a bike rack. There is NOTHING to lock a bike to short of parking meters on Lincoln. Had to stop there to pick up a photo order and had to bring the bike in the foyer.
This is one of the greatest pharmacies ever and it is due to the staff in the pharmacy and throughout the store. I used to get all my scripts here until I had cancer and had to move to Gibsonia to recover. I am doing fine.
I miss CVS and the way the treated all people who came into their store.
Pharmacy staff is either very overworked or incompetent. Had 3 prescriptions to refill that I transferred from another CVS. They filled 1, and never called to get renewed prescriptions for the other two. I found that out on Friday after the doctor's office closed. I waited until today (Wednesday) to verify that they'd gotten the other two prescriptions refilled. The answer was umm.uh.no, we didn't get a refill prescription from your doctor's office yet. By the way, my doctor's office only takes refill requests from the pharmacy, not from their patients, so I couldn't get one for them on the phone myself anyway.
I used to use Target pharmacy and never had a problem. This is my first experience using the Bellevue CVS, and only my 5th or so time using CVS anywhere, and I have to say I am EXTREMELY disappointed.
