Drug Store CVS reviews
10This store was horrible. They always give me trouble when we need to fill out any prescription. My son is a 15-year-old kidney transplant recipient and needs this med. If he doesn't get it, he ends up in the ER from complications. The people at the counter were rude and heartless. Couldn't even give him a few day's supply. He has been without his med for 2 days. In addition, their lines at the pharmacy counter are always long because the people are slow. Meds are NEVER ready when promised. They just don't care. I switched to Rite-Aide.
If you need help, DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE! Employees would rather talk to each other and stock shelves than help it's customers. I guess they don't realize there are other places one can spend money. Never going back.
Convenient location but the pharmacy almost always seems to have to order commons meds (Resulting in multiple days wait) that should be in stock (thank you Rite Aid)
I have never had such a terrible experience with a pharmacy. More than 2 weeks ago, my doctor sent over three prescriptions for me. They only filled one and said they didn't get the other two. So he resent those two. Again, they filled one and said they didn't get the other. So my doctor sent it again. I never heard from the pharmacy so I went to the store to find out what was going on. They said they saw the prescription but they couldn't fill it because they didn't have the strength he ordered. They never called me or the doctor to get it fixed, they just ignored it until I showed up to ask about it. So my doctor fixed the strength and sent the prescription a fourth time. Once again they claim they didn't get it. So I went to the doctor and picked up a paper prescription and dropped it off. More than 48 hours later I still hadn't heard from the pharmacy about it so I again went to the store, where I was told they couldn't fill the prescription because it's available over the counter. Again, they never bothered to alert me that it couldn't be filled, they just ignored it until I followed up. It took me 5 trips to the pharmacy asking them about the prescription, multiple phone calls, and my doctor writing and sending the prescription 5 times, before they told me I just had to get it off the shelf. I understand that sometimes insurance doesn't cover certain medications, but there is no reason it should have taken 2.5 weeks and 5 trips to the pharmacy asking specifically about this medication before someone told me that. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again (and I've been going there for 4 years).
This CVS store has the best staff! They are ALWAYS very courteous and helpful.
The store is usually neat and tidy. Items are easy to find.
I love the CVS app! It is so easy to refill prescriptions, pay in app and pick up at the drive thru window.
Prescriptions for my husband and myself have been screwed up every singe month for the past six months! We have been filling and refilling our scripts at the same CVS for last six years. Today I went to pick up my Redi- pack prescriptions but was told ALL OF MY SCRIPTS were shipped to Bronx New York! What? Thanks CVS but I live in PA. I HAVE MY ENTIRE LIFE!
It’s a nice drugstore, a little on the pricey side but if you’re desperate, you do what you need to, lol. It also has a Redbox which is handy.
Great staff, friendly atmosphere and pretty quick with the pharmacy. Central location here in town with easy access. Drive thru as well.
I'm here weekly and I bought new nail polish (cnd vinylux) from their front display (Northampton pa location) and the nail polish didn't even last 3 days. I called about exchanging to go back to a brand I know lasts and I couldn't because I don't have my receipt. I think if I was a random customer, I'd understand, but I think it's a poor policy for someone who spends a decent amount of money there. Now I'm out $21, and have a distaste towards this location. And they don't even know their own return policy without receipt because I looked it up and it clearly says with management approval, a cvs card can be issued. I was just rushed off the phone.
They don't inform you they only carry one garbage brand of the medicine you need. And the prescription I got doesn't work at all. Do not go there ever
