Drug Store CVS reviews
19The MOST incompetent pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. The women at the window are always SO rude! They treat you as if you are a huge inconvenience to their day, they slam on the keyboard, roll their eyes and NEVER have what you need ready when they say they will. If they say 10am they really mean 3pm. I've spent hours here waiting, this is the 3rd and LAST bad experience I will tolerate from this place. Do yourself a favor and dont bring your business here if you expect to be treated with decency. Wish i could do negative stars.
This pharmacy is the worst, every time I go to the CVS pharmacy they are rude never have the medicine so I took a trip for nothing. I went online to get an appointment for the flu shot and when I got there had to stand in line only for the rude lady at the drop off tell me I have to wait 30 minutes to one hour, I asked her why since I made my appointment online. She went to talk to the pharmacist and he is just as rude as his staff. They should Fired the whole damn staff in the pharmacy department and start over with a new trained staff. This pharmacist should be ashamed of himself.
This pharmacy is the WORST- I am having a serious health issue that is causing me a great deal of pain and weakness- starting with a trip to the ER, they called in my prescriptions FROM the ER BEFORE I was discharged, by the time we got to the Pharmacy (easily an hour and a half after the script was called in) they STILL didn’t have it, told my ride it would be another 30-45min. So they dropped me off, and went back (another 45min passed during this time) well THEN they decide they can’t fill my scripts and send to Manor CVS who filled everything immediately in less than 10min. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that this was a one off mistake had my new prescription called in today showed up to the drive through an hour and a half after the script was called in and it’s not ready! I told the lady I’m in a lot of pain and I need my medicine now, she said I could go home and come back later! I told her That’s not an option to which she said well I don’t know I guess you can wait in the parking lot til it’s ready? ! Seriously- I understand I’m not the only person getting a prescription filled but isn’t there a priority for emergency scripts over daily refills? And reading the reviews it seems like this happens ALL the time here. I’ve never had this issue at any other CVS just here.
My veterinarian tried to call in a prescription for my dog, the pharmacist told him he was too busy with lots of people and sick children waiting for medicine to take the order. Not long after I stopped on my way home to see if the order was called in yet, there was one customer checking out and no one else but me not even one child on the whole store. So that he was do overwhelmed, let's hope his pet never needs heart medication. I will be transferring my personal prescription elsewhere.
My husband is disabled and used 2 canes. He managed to get the things he needed but had forgotten my cvs card. He tried to use my phone number but that didnt work. Rather than be kind to a struggling man, she refused to help. I think the least she could have done was offer him his own new card but nothing. He left everythibg and she was so rude and asked him if he was putting his things back. He said no and left. Miserable experience!
This pharmacy gets ZERO stars. My insurance info is always messed up, filling scripts takes DAYS sometimes. The staff is painfully unfriendly and doesn't seem to care that the script they are supposed to fill could actually mean life or death and urgency may be a real factor. My personal information is often incorrect and calling to fix these details results in more misinformation and staff who is more worried about break time then getting it right.
My most recent visit had me waiting 6 hours for a script that had been called in by the doctor SEVEN days previously. I tried this location multiple times hoping it was a fluke but it's just terrible. Do not waste your valuable time or put yourself through the aggravation. The reviews are bad for a reason.
Also I wonder if HIPAA minds that personal and medication details get discussed loudly in front of other customers?
CVS Please close this pharmacy for the good of every potential customer who just wants their scripts discretely and promptly.
It only took 8hrs to get my prescription filled this time. Last time I do business here. Management really has run this place into the ground.
This place is a joke. If my doctor calls in a prescription they won’t fill it until I call and ask them why they haven’t filled it yet. This is the only CVS I’ve ever experienced like this. If you call in expect to wait on hold for at least 20 minutes before you speak to a human in the pharmacy. I just went to pick up a prescription and only one car was in line in the drive-up area. I thought, “why not? I might as well wait. ” It took a full 20 minutes until it was my turn. For the love of God, CVS, hire more employees!
Cannot get through on the phone ever! New scripts take forever to be filled. And not the friendliest staff. The store itself is great, kept clean and organized.but the pharmacy seriously needs to figure their shhhhh out.
This has to be the worst CVS with customer service. They never pick up their phone. I've called 4 times and I've waited over 25 minutes each time before hanging up. Then when calling to speak with a manager, they do nothing.
I’ve never been so dissatisfied with a store, as I am with the CVS pharmacy in Willow Street! They never answer their phone, the one time they did, it was only after I was on hold for 19 minutes, they are rude and they cancelled the wrong script. My doctor changed the mg of my meds, months ago. They filled the new & the old one. When I told them I didn’t need the 10 mg, just the 20mg they said they’d cancel the 10mg. So when I call a month later to fill it, I can’t because THEY canceled the wrong one. Than they told me I have to call my doctor and have him send a new script! I had 9 refills, & they screwed up, not me or the doctor! And while I was there waiting, the phone kept alerting them to a call, no one would answer it and they were not busy. They had 6 employees behind the counter. I’m done! I’ll go to Costco or Rite Aid!
I can not stand this location for prescription I am very dissatisfied with the way they operate. I have been threw the drive threw twice today and my medicine still isn't done. I am irritated due to the fact that this isn't the first time but it will be my last time for sure
Staffing may want to be reassessed for days they are expected to be busy. I have called the pharmacy 4 times today and each time put on long holds for a total of 60 minutes on hold.
Today was horrible. My 18 month older daughter had a double ear infection. I knew my insurance information was not up to date so I tried to call on my 25 min drive home. NO EVER PICKED UP until 23 mins when I was pulling up to the drive thru window to get them to do it that way since my daughter fell asleep. Then I waited 10 MORE minutes for someone to be available to come to the window! I left and came back when the script was ready and after waiting for the three cars in front of me their computer froze when trying to check me out! I live 5 mins away and it took me 25 minutes to pick up a prescription that was already ready at the drive thru window! Absurd and out of control! Absolutely nothing convenient whatsoever about their service! I was almost in tears.
Multiple trips over 1.5 hours later script is still not filled come back yet again and then sit in long lines again for my script, what a joke will use rite aid in Kendig next time!
Most of the staff was rude and just generally mean. No one wanted to be there and it was blatantly obvious. Also don’t even get me started on the length of their receits!
I work for a dermatologist and I called this CVS in willow street to determine coverage of an Absorica script sent to their pharmacy for a patient and I spoke with the most disrespectful and unprofessional tech I have ever spoken with. Not only were her responses to my questions rude but she hung up on me when the conversation was clearly not over. If this tech was working at my pharmacy she would be fired. As a medical professional we should have our patient's best interest at heart and this was clearly not the case for Tiffany.
Horrible experience at this particular cvs. I spend more time on the phone with my doctors office and cvs trying to figure out what could of “mysteriously” happened to a script that was sent over to cvs electronically for them to tell oh we have had it this whole time. I am a very patient and understanding person, but if your employees aren’t trained on how to do their job than should they be working with medication and in customer service. If I did my job this way I wouldn’t be employeed. If management thinks this is acceptable than I believe they should
Attend some customer service and employee training in services before receiving a management position! This is 2018 cvs get it together!
Terrible customer service, the entire staff seems either genuinely clueless or high on the pills they are serving. They somehow manage to misplace insurance info every visit even when it is loaded into the memory of a computer. I would give 0 stars if possible.
