Drug Store CVS reviews
23This CVS Pharmacy is a bit busy, I am surprised at the amount of traffic they get. The very low rating does not seem to match the good service I have always received from the pharmacy itself. I'd give them a 5 but for the haphazard and dated groceries section. They'd be better off just not selling close to or past sell by date food.
The store opened up at 8o’clock as on the ours posted. I needed some assistance to find a specific medication off-the-shelf for a family member. I went to the pharmacy and was very quick to be told we don’t open till nine as the girl walked away.
The low rating surprises me, as I have had mostly positive experiences at this location.
Recently the pharmacist caught that I was given the wrong version of a medicine and notified me. I was very impressed. Hence the rating.
This place is a joke. EVERY time my Dr.sends over a prescription there is an issue. Today I’m told, by pharmacist, the prescription was “deleted by mistake”. It’s Saturday so I will have to wait until Monday. I understand an occasional mistake but EVERY time? ! There is NO excuse for such poor handling of prescriptions at ANY pharmacy. Complete incompetence is unacceptable when dealing with medications. I will be transferring everything to a different pharmacy. Not once did I have this issue w/the CVS in MD.
So dissatisfied in the service. First medicine was not available and had to be ordered, was told that it would come in today and be ready around lunchtime. My husband went in the evening to pick it up for me and it still was not ready, had to wait another 15 minutes. Totally switching back to my old pharmacy!
I used to love this pharmacy when Jenn and Justin were here as pharmacists. Since they left, this pharmacy has gone downhill and they never have enough staff. I hope they can fix it soon. On the plus side, the staff that do work here all know me and its nice to see a friendly face. Kelly and Dahlia are awesome in the pharmacy. Because of them, I still give this location 5 stars! I love those ladies!
Had me go through the line three times, could have just paid for the product and left. Rediculous, if you are already waiting on someone finish with them
The pharmacist I talked to yesterday is a genius. I was picking up Tamiflu for my sick 6 year old who refuses all medications. He gave me advice on getting the medication down without having to fight her and it is actually working. Thanks for taking the time to give some advice on a very busy Sunday.
Usually never have or know my medication needs refilled after making and showing proof that I did the refill online. Might be transferring my prescriptions to another CVS because this place is hopeless.
Cvs the corporation.abuses seniors.loses medications.fills wrong meds.puts you on hold hours and hours.
Their customer sevice hangs up on you. John the md district manager.is a compliant puppet.who enjoys the stealing by his company of our emotional and medical well being
This is the worst pharmacy no matter the brand. It's always a long wait and even if the prescription is "done" and "filled" it mysteriously never is when you go to pick it up.
The CVS store itself has the worst employees who are always rude and there's always a long wait in line just waiting for an employee to show up to check you out. Even if you're the only person in line, and possibly the only person in the entire store, it still takes at least 15 minutes for an employee to surface. If no one is ever going to be around the checkout counter they should at least have a bell for waiting customers to ring. Or install self-checkout.
This is the most disgusting building in this town! I cannot believe a pharmacy exists in such filth. As soon as I get an opportunity I will be moving my prescriptions.
It’s a pharmacy.your Rx isn’t ready and the line is long. It’s rarely a quick trip here for me.
It's not the customers fault you are under staffed and if you say a certain medication is going to be ready make sure it is not have someone drive all the way there and say there was a mistake numerous times. The text feature is inaccurate as well don't text saying a medication is ready and there not even one that needs to be filled. There customer service on phone calls is horrible your luck for someone to even answer you,
They don’t even deserve 1 star. Complete idiots in the pharmacy. Don’t take a hand written prescription in because they won’t be able to read it and asked me how the medication is supposed to be taken.even though that’s their job! Worst customer service ever! Rude staff. I’d fire all the pharmacy techs for their incompetence.
I would rather saw my own balls off with a rusty butter knife than go in this place again. Of the 4 times I have been in, I have had issues 4 times. The techs seem to have been trained in customer service by Satan himself. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I'm pretty sure that if Hitler was alive today, he would set aside his quarrel with the Jewish community to take down the true evil that is CVS pharmacy.
Such bad and rude customer service! I hate going to this place this is the third bad experience for me I'll never go there again! Took me three days to get my meds and they claimed they didn't have my phone number or insurance but I've always been going to CVS its in my file! There liars and I suffered without meds because of them. Don't go there for the pharmacy! The store is amazing but not the pharmacy
Always waiting in line when I go for scripts, that's even if they get them correct. Changed Pharmacies
Only go here for picking up prescription pills and I only had one bad experience. Got half of my control substance pills and was told that there was no overage on that specific pill and basically told me I was assed out. Filed a compliment and within 20 mins, I got a call from the pharmacy and they had found the missing half. Otherwise, it's a decent place.
Moved all my and my husbands medicines from another pharmacy. Kylie and the other pharmacists made it a seamless transition. We’re 71 so we had a lot of meds to move. Now I just need to train my husband to remember to stop and pick them up on his way home from work.
