Drug Store CVS reviews
17Horrible pharmacy service. There is usually a line and one always has to wait, even if there is no line. They constantly ask if they can text me even though I've told them I don't want texts. Had to call the corp office to get them removed. Getting in touch with them by phone takes forever 2 minutes to get through the phone tree and today I waited 27 minutes on hold to talk to a pharmacist. When I complained, he merely said "I'm the only one here and can only do one at a time". Going to try Rite Aid. Wish UPMC health plans worked with Walgreens.
Website says item is in stock (not low stock), but it's actually out of stock. And staff is unfriendly when inquiring about the status of the item.
This is the worst store and pharmacy! Slowest pharmacy ever. They didn't have my prescription after confirming it was in stock. The entire pharmacy is a disaster and they are very understaffed. I stood in line for 15 minutes and waited an additional 15 minutes for the pharmacist to grab my medication, while watching him stock the shelves.
I love this particular CVS because of the location as well as the people who work here. There is a 24 hour pharmacy, as well as self checkout lines. There is an extremely large selection of health and beauty aids. Many Christmas gifts as well as Disney toys and products at a reasonable price.
Great place I would recommend it. It’s right across my parent’s restaurant so lucky me I can go there easily. Oh yeah go check out my parent’s restaurant name: New China Inn they don’t deliver
The pharmacy never answers the phone when I call and everyone that works there is so disinterested and unhelpful. Will likely switch pharmacies.
I like sleeping in their parking lot. Usually get my scripts filled and just go right back to the parking lot and wait 30 days until my script is ready to be filled Ashtrays have a ton of half smoked cigarettes and I stole the bathroom key so life is good. Come over this Sunday and watch the game through the window of one of the neighbors. They get done eating around 7. So by 8 o'clock there is great snacks in the plastic cabinets under the porch.
I really like this cvs. Don't know why all the hate. Good selection, prices are average for an urban area. Never bothered by the employees. Usually in stock with anything I want. Good location and parking.
Awful pharmacist. She is not trying to help me to pick the right medicine. She is impatient and very unprofessional. Got a medicine that made me feel worse the next day, and the staff did not accept returns.
The worst. The creepy security guard followed me around the whole store staring me down like I was going to steal something. And when I went to speak to the cashier she was so rude. Such a horrible experience.
So bad service in this place, spcially
The pharmacy they are all ways have bad service. Thankyou
The pharmacy always screws up my prescriptions. I only go there because we have a cvs prescription plan through my partner’s work. I pay cash for one prescription at another drugstore because it’s cheaper that way. CVS has high prices to begin with.
I mainly go in for the pharmacy. They're generally understaffed, as all pharmacies are, but the workers are kind and helpful. As for the rest of the store, things are generally overpriced, but they're good for convenience.
Yesterday 12/12 2018 The pharmacist dispensed a expired antibiotics for my baby the medication was expired since June 2018 on the box after I gave my son the first dose I realized it’s been expired since June from now on I am very concerned about their service.
The times that I've come in for a prescription, there's always a long line and only one person helping out. Many of the associates act like you're going to steal something right in front of them, and most of the items are a bit overpriced. I've been to other CVS stores and never had such a bad experience.
A pharmacist treated me rudely two days in the same week when I tried to fill a prescription, the second time when I got frustrated, she told me to try being nicer. You have no idea what anyone is going through lady, so I'll be sure to be nicer at a pharmacy that treats it's customers a step above garbage.
There are some perfectly lovely, friendly people here, but as in life, there must be a balance between good and bad, light and dark, etc. Fortunately this store has the rare few who dare to right this balance, courageously meeting each new face with the immobilizing glare of a hungover Medusa and the dulcet tones of a KGB agent at a questioning. O noble heros! O unsung martyrs! Were it not for your expressions of affronted disgust and disdain, your sullen pouts and your rare Borgia-like smiles, how would we mortals be able to appreciate fully the sweeter sides of our lives, like puppies, kittens, or being treated with some semblance of decency?
