WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. There was an issue with my secondary insurance that the pharmacist claimed only my prescriber could fix. Being well versed in this matter, I knew that wasn’t true and it was something on his end. He wouldn’t listen and sent me away without my meds. I NEEDED my meds so I was not leaving that easy. I went back and he tried to pawn me off on the other pharmacist, which was childish and rude. I asked to speak to him, and it wasn’t until I broke down IN TEARS that he treated me like a human being and tried to push it through insurance. The best I could get that night was half my 30 day supply so I took it, forfeiting the other 15. I refuse to go back there and sent my next rx to the walgreens across the street the next month. Walgreens filled it with no problems. Clearly this pharmacist at cvs (Michael B.according to my rx bottle) was just lazy and wanted me out of his face.

Prepare to wait forever at the pharmacy while staff refuses to acknowledge you but makes eye contact repeatedly

Do not use this pharmacy. I have to go to CVS because of my insurance, but the people in the pharmacy are very rude and seem to so out of their way to NOT help you. More times than not, when I arrive to pick up a prescription there is a problem and I have to wait (often for an hour) or I have to go back to my Dr for something that CVS should have been able to resolved with a quick phone call. I have to use CVS because of my health plan, but I've had so many problems with them that I now drive out of my way to go to a different CVS.

Denied a flu shot by the pharmacist with multi-colored hair because she was too lazy to look up my insurance information and told me I needed a “separate card” to receive a flu vaccine.imagine hiring pharmacists to deliver care who deny care to people trying to protect themselves and others from the flu.you couldn’t go to a worse place for medical care.

Went to the store during hours, at night but well before closing. All the lights were on but the front door was locked. I could see two employees who just waved me away, then proceeded to hang out. Needed medicine ASAP. Extremely disappointed. Won’t be back.

We have to use this pharmacy because of our insurance and almost every time I go there, something is messed up. The wait is very long too.

CVS is about money and their profits not customer safety or service. Until a few years ago they had great service. A number of pharmacists and personnel to service the customers. After they cut off the number of employees below the bare minimum I have to wait long hours to get served. The employees are so pressured and over worked I am afraid a Mistake is about to happen. I guess for CVS management is all about their profits and not their customer safety!

I am currently sitting here at the MinuteClinic. Checked in a little after 9 and was informed it would take about 18 minutes to be seen. It is now almost 10, I have been here almost an hour and have not even been talked to by any employee. This wait is ridiculous, it’s called a MinuteClinic for a reason. The one in Macungie is much better, and much more efficient.

Pharmacist Adrian and his team behind the counter make this pharmacy Exceptional. They keep their heads down, hard at work - BUT, the second you need help they make sure you get it. This is a Good CVS.

The pharmacy department is terrible. Twice they have misplaced a shipment of a CVS Specialty Medication that was shipped directly to them from the central CVS pharmacy.

The pharmacy service here is TERRIBLE! Called in an RX Monday morning at 9 - spoke to a person, not robocall. Was told it would be prepared for me "right away". Went to pick up at 3: 30 the same day - waited in a long line & while the woman in front of me was told her prescriptions weren't ready (even though she had received a call stating that they were). My turn - I'm told they don't have the medication and they will have to order it and it will come in on Tuesday - prescription ready after 5 on Tuesday. OK - don't they have a phone to call me & tell me not to come? Their robosystem calls for all kinds of other things. So on Wednesday afternoon I call to see if the prescription is ready yet (should have been ready Tuesday after 5) and the robosystem tells me ready at midnight Wednesday. Call Thursday morning - July 4 - and the pharmacy is closed and no information available on my medication. Go to the pharmacy again & am told the medication isn't in - should they look around for another pharmacy that I can go to & pick it up? I explain the whole process from original phone call to current status - that their system said it was ready - so the guy decides to check & see if the medication is on the shelf and lo and behold - there it was! So of course I have to go sit down & wait again while the prescription is filled and wait in line to pay after it;s filled - all total time wasted about 2.5 hours! RIDICULOUS!

Have gone six times for one prescription drug and still haven't gotten it. I was prescribed a medicine by Jefferson and under the suggested brands it gave a common brand name. CVS took this as we can only prescribe this brand which $700. I had to call Jeff twice to then get them to call CVS to authorize the generic when I was prescribed that in the first place. Then we had to do two separate authorization procedures for the insurance because of the different brands that were the same medication.

Couldn't agree more with some of the other reviews mentioning terrible customer service. I grew up in the customer service industry and to say that the one blonde, female pharmacist is the rudest person I've ever encountered is an understatement. I went in looking for an over the counter medication and she rudely responded to me telling me that no such thing existed. After spending 20 minutes by myself in the isles looking for what I knew did exist, I went back and politely told her that they did in fact make the medication I was looking for. She rudely retorted "No they don't, do you have a doctorate degree in pharmacy. " I told her to check her attitude and walked away. Writing it off as maybe she was just having a bad day I forgot about it.until last night I heard the same thing. The blonde, female pharmacist was filling prescriptions when an pharmacy employee came in to check her schedule. All of a sudden, with a line of patients waiting at the pharmacy counter, she began yelling at the employee and ridiculing her. The employee's husband and small children were present and the customers were all talking to each other in agreement how unprofessional and frankly bitchy the pharmacist was. Needless to say I will be finding another pharmacy to go to for my prescriptions. CVS should be ashamed that they employ such a person.

This CVS has a great variety of foods and organic selections for cheap. Also it is clean and has a great cosmetics aisle. I am pretty impressed with the store. However, customer service leaves something to be desired.

Worst customer service ever! I personally use this pharmacy for years but how stupid they did not use our family insurance for my three months old son and asked us to pay his prescription with hundreds bucks for months! When I find their mistake they do not apologize and refuse to rebill! How arrogant and ignorant! For good people: transfer your prescription to Paoli pharmacy, they are soooooooo much better!

Been to this place for about a decade and I feel like every year they hire more and more super burned out/rude employees. Wow.

The worst drug store in the area, whoever manages this dump should be ashamed of themselves and then fired. They can't keep employees there it's so bad, a vicious cycle of employee turnover (especially front staff in pharmacy) terrible customer service. I've waited in line for 30+ minutes before.

An average CVS. Not as well stocked or run as one of the company's newer, standalone locations. Awkward parking.

Probably the worst CVS of all time. So if that's what you're looking for, then this is your store!

The nurse practitioner was SO SWEET and helped me get the meds I needed as quickly as possible. I will definitely be coming to this minute clinic again! Thank you!
