Drug Store CVS reviews
9I'm a very old and "loyal" CVS customer and when I moved into the area, I began using this pharmacy BUT I've found that prescriptions are almost never ready when they say they are and there are so many items that are not stocked well. The store is generally a "mess" with boxes of products just strewn in the aisles. I feel it is very understaffed and mismanaged. I will say that many of the employees are seemingly trying to be courteous and helpful but all in all it is not a place I want to count on to take care of the very important matters with which they are entrusted. I know this is a difficult time but it is still a disappointment.
WORST PHARMACY EVER! They fail to fill important prescriptions on time. They say “we’re 2 weeks behind so just wait for your medicine”. Or how about as a pharmacy you extend your hours and come earlier or leave later so people can have the things they need to survive? On top of that, don’t bother calling the pharmacy’s phone. I’ve called multiple times in the last month alongside a few others in the area to ask about prescriptions and they don’t ever answer. You’ll be on hold 45 minutes and say screw it and just go inside and ask about it just for them to tell you it’s not ready and won’t be. They stand around while the phone says “6 pharmacy calls waiting”, and don’t move a muscle towards helping those guests on the line. I hope they see this review because as of today I will be reporting this pharmacy for failure to treat patients with appropriate medical care as well as neglect to people’s medical needs. The staff speaks volumes with their attitude also. On the plus side… the front store staff is AWESOME and very helpful.
I manage a family own pharmacy for 15 yrs.this pharmacy is the worse all comment above are so correct
This pharmacy is the worst. Service is beyond slow and they never seem to have it together. I would recommend going anywhere else. I will be returning to Rite Aid down the road which has also had fast service.
Incompetent, freakishly slow, unprofessional, horrendous, useless. There really aren’t any words that sufficiently describe how truly awful this place is. It’s like being stuck in Dante’s seven levels of hell
Awful place. Tells you meds will be ordered and then don't place the orders. This has happened multiple times in the past and now it just occured AGAIN. Lady on the phone was short, and i had to ask for the Rx to be sent to another CVS, which meant it wasn't ready when i arrived. I hate that my insurance makes me go through them.
I am tired of text messages! I have no prescriptions due, I don't want auto fill. Stop sending daily messages and calling every 2 days. I am done, switching to another pharmacy tomorrow!
More interested in complaining then starting prescription and then computer had problem. I am tired and want to get home
Love the head pharmacist. She saved my life. My physician wrote a prescription that I was allergic to one of the components. She personally called my MD and kept explaining to first the office nurse then my physician that I could have a serious reaction to this drug. I might wait, but I know Cvs and her are looking out for my safety.thank you
