CVS, Pittsburgh PA

I am a new Pharmacy tech here and so far I am enjoying working here. It can get a little stressful and overwhelming in the pharmacy sometimes but all of the Pharmacists and pharmacy techs have been so nice and very helpful towards me and does a great job. My favorite coworker in the pharmacy is Brenda. She is very outgoing, very funny, always makes me laugh, and is very sweet and friendly. She is the perfect person to go to if I have a question about something that I am unsure about and literally does almost everything for the pharmacy and is always willing to help me and other pharmacy techs out whenever we need help. These 5 stars are not for CVS. They are for everyone that I work with but especially for my girl Brenda because she definitely deserves it.:)

I always have an issue with Paige. She is polite when she declines to help, but the key here is that she ALWAYS declines help when it’s needed.

Called to see if they had vaccines. Yes, they do! "Can you get here in an hour? " Ehhh.sure! "Oh wait, our walk in's are filled for today. "

Seriously? I find that to be BS considering it takes less than 2 seconds to administer a vaccine.

I'm not really into the covid thing like most people but broke down and figured I'd get the vaccine. This was the 4th place I called that had some lame excuse as to why they couldn't do it.

I'm happy to remain vaccinated.

We came in last evening and wanted to use a 35% off coupon and were unable to due to wifi service we were told. Came back in today and not only did employee Lamar find the item we wanted to purchase but was also able to get access to coupon. Excellent service today. Nice to have someone put in extra effort. Lamar kept us as customer

They are always really kind and helpful when I walk in. The pharmacy line moves quickly and they gave me a painless flu shot too! The store is always really clean and usually well stocked! My go-to for sure!

The pharmacy is great staff has always been super friendly. Tonight (2/11/21) I had to take my 2yo to the doctors. He was prescribed antibiotics. By the time we left the docs office it was 754 and the pharmacy closes at 8. I was literally up the street, called the pharmacy told them the script was just sent and if I could still pick it up. The pharmacist working was nice enough to wait until I made it. They were literally locking up. They didn't have to wait for me. So nice! Thank you guys!

People who don't have cars can't test for COVID here, and you only find out after arriving and wasting an hour

How can you call yourself a CVS Pharmacy and not have the pharmacy open when your store is open. At that rate it should just be called CVS overpriced convenience store.

They did not make it clear on the CVS website that the Covid test was drive thru only here. I attempted to get the test after I was dropped off today and was left standing in the rain. They should have had an outdoor tent area to expedite testing. Awful customer service "policy" at this location.

This place serves its purpose. There is nothing bad about the workers here. They get the job done.
