CVS, Philadelphia PA

This whole store needs a new crew. Seems like everyone here has a attitude when asked a question. I had this guy roll his eyes when asked a question Criss is his name. And the lady Michelle, that never wears a tag has a BIGGER PROBLEM WITH PEOPLE PIRIOD. We the consumers should not be treated with disrespect.

Very bad stuff they don’t help me I was need a passport photo for my baby and the employee tell my the camera is broken

Although sometimes a little slow they are always there to provide assistance and while shopping between the way the pharmacy is always busy one of the only CVS's that's oil on time with my prescription I am retired disabled veteran 28 years US Navy treated with respect honored to be said Thank you to for my service to my country to our country well he's there to assist veterans I can't say enough about the way I'm treated there they are super people and they are busy and you have to understand that so if you can't handle that they're busy and have to wait a few minutes then don't go there and go to a different CVS but I still recommend CVS no matter where you go thank you

ABSOLUTELY the rudest pharmacy/pharmacist i have ever come across! They mess up and then when you get angry or say something they get rude and really short with you and blame you for them messing up! They have always been rude so finally i just switched my prescriptions over elsewhere.

I use to like this pharmacy but lately they really suck… waited 10 minutes to ask the pharmacist a question about a script and she ignored me so I left… then I go to drive thru to pick up meds they tell me they don’t have and they do so I pull right back around the drive thru but they closes early for lunch now I have to travel back…time to find a new one

My visit to 3331 Grant Ave store today was amazing. I was greeted as I was walking in I was then ask if I needed any help I was offered n95 mask. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I ask to speak to the Supervisor Manger Susan who was helping me locate a item that I couldnt find she was knowledgeable with the information being given to me. I am so greatful for her help. This is the best CVS Ive been in in a very long time. Thank you!

This cvs rivals another cvs I know that is absolutely terrible. The wait time is always ridiculous. Inside or at the drive thru make sure you have cleared your afternoon schedule to get your prescription. Everytime I go there I have a problem picking up my prescription and go through the same correction with them every time for 6 months. Yea, you'd think they would have figured it out by now. Do yourself favor if you have to get medicine in this area... USE RITE AID!

I got my Pzifer vaccine booster today & the tech really hurt me in my left deltoid muscle. I think she hit my bone. My arm is sore & where she injected me is swelling up & hurts very much. Being a retired RN who knows how to give a injection in the deltoid muscle. She hit me in the front of my arm. Who does that? She had no clue what she was doing?

This CVS location is clean inside and outside. There is a large parking lot. The store sells a lot of items. However, there were a lot of empty shelves and a lack of stock in a few areas. There are only a few employees to be seen on the floor. I had to walk around to find someone. She was helpful and professional. I was impressed with the Seasonal / Halloween section. There was so much to be seen and bought. Prices are reasonable.

Well this used to be one of the best CVS Stores I ever used until they merged with Atnea Insurance now its the absolute worse ever and now I'm done and leaving CVS for good using a little mom & pop pharmacy for now on. The pharmacy is a mess prescription all over the place, its so bad they can't even find them its horrible

Went here for my covid-19 vaccine. Store was clean, efficient, and the staff was awesome. Both pharmacists answered questions that I had and Elaine, the woman who checked me in on the second day was and watched over my 15 minutes is very personable and kept the time passing. Overall 5/5 experience thanks guys.

I was treated very rudely today! There are no signs indicating where to from a line at pharmacy so I stood a few feet away from counter behind another customer (just as I've done in the past). Meanwhile, the only other people around the pharmacy was an elderly couple sitting in chairs against the wall that faces the last aisle of the store and I wanted to maintain enough distance from them. After waiting patiently for 5 minutes, the clerk yelled at me in a rude tone and stated that I wasn't in line and needed to go to the aisle past where the elderly couple had been waiting. Surprised by her words, I turned to look and saw that by this point a line had formed. Even though I was there before all of those people and there was no sign indicating where to form a line, I went to the back of the line. When I made it to the counter and tried to explain to the cashier that she had mishandled the situation, she offered a very insincere and dismissive apology. Unfortunately, this was not my first bad experience at this CVS. I have been debating on changing pharmacies but not anymore!

The recording to make refills is very annoying. It takes close to 10 minutes to refill prescriptions. Walmart only takes a minute, you put the prescription number, then the next and so on. The mans voice drives me nuts. I called to speak to a pharmacist held 20 minutes, hung up called back and held another 15 minutes before hanging up again. I'm trying to call again today and I've been holding for 8 minutes already. I'll probably have to hang up again.

I called for a refill for my prenatal. I notice i started getting sick with them. Just didnt make me feel good. I decided to call to make sure is the same ones I had. Lady said it was different manufacturers but we can reorder the ones you had before‍️.
In my opinion if I call for a refill! I want the same exact prenatal! I do want no different manufacturer prenatal!
Thats like giving me genetic Advil but not Advil! I was so annoyed! The lady couldn’t even confirm if they were gluten free too. So annoyed!

My husband went to 3331 Grant Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19114 tonight just before 7pm and the whole store was closed. No sign or anything posted. I checked the site and it does not list altered hours. My husband is a diabetic and needs his medication. This is ridiculous! I hope they are going to be open tomorrow so he can pick up his meds!

This Cvs, despite always having a lot of foot traffic, is very clean, stocked, and fast with drive thru pickup services.

Everyone in this Pharmacy is very rude & disrespectful AND discriminating! I will be moving to Walgreens when I get a chance. My Walgreens people are nice and respectful!
