Very, very helpul staff, both at the pharmacy and in the store.
My dad, who passed away in 2019 absolutely loved the people there! They also tirelessly helped me with my mother's many, many, health issues and medications. They never seemed frustrated or annoyed regardless of challenges with insurance refills etc.
Finally, the pharmacists are so knowledgeable and always answer questions; in many ways, I feel they know more than the doctors.
Love this place!

Corporate doesn’t staff enough employees. But those there are helpful, work hard and get an insane amount of work done.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with this store. The staff are kind and friendly, and quick with their job. The store is always stocked nice.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst service ever. Had to wait on line twice for dispatch of medication. Asked to step away from line “ out of consideration” to others waiting? ” How about consideration towards me! I waited in line patiently twice to then be treated less than others waiting for a medication I need daily for life that has to be brand name to avoid additional side effects. WORST SERVICE EVER! Took three rounds at the waiting line to finally get a partial dispatch of the prescription.

I scheduled a covid booster shot for my wife and she told me of her experience with a arrogant pharmacist that didn't have a ounce of people skills. He may have been having a bad day but he may need to be reminded he's a representative of CVS. My wife said he didn't give her any privacy of closing the curtain and didn't open the needle and fill it in front of her to assure her it was a new needle being used. I will reach out to corporate to address his professionalism.

Awful pharmacy. They have very rude attendants and super unorganized. Definitely go somewhere else if you can. Negative stars.

MD called in a prescription, got a text it was being prepared, called and pharmacy said OK to pick up, got there and was told not ready until next day, settled on a two day supply after some hassle. Called next day, told the drug still was not in the shop, check back tomorrow. All this and I am sick! Told the pharmacist to send the script to a different location, where the prescription was filled, fast and easy. Stay away from this place if you need timely relief! I won't go back, ever.

Maybe this review should be for CVS as a whole, not just the one in Wind Gap. Sorry. But, if you claim to take walk ins for vaccines, please be sure you indeed do take walk ins. This is the second CVS I went to in the same day that wasn't prepared to give me a vaccine. Perhaps CVS corporate should do more as a healthcare store to make sure their teams are ready to say, "yes" and make it convenient. That is what Rite Aid is doing!

How come this store NEVER has protein bars. First things, your store is disgustingly outdated. Second fox your sliding ghetto doors, lastly stock your shelves for once.

Unfortunatly this pharmacy has made many mistakes with my scripts. My medicine had.some else's label on it. They forgot to order my daughters medicine she needs to digest food. When i asked what can i do? The pharmacist told me to call around and try to find it.somewhere else or wait till monday. So i did.i went to wind gap pharmacy and i would suggest everyone else does.
