Drug Store CVS reviews
17I gave them a day to fill prescriptions and when I went to pick up it was not ready and they would not fill right away and I had to be at an appointment so they get 1 star
Awful. I recently moved my scripts to “New Hope Pharmacy “ and accidentally had one called into CVS. This pharmacy lacks customer service and I was told I’d have to come back later to get a script that was sent in to stop me from getting sick! I recommend moving your scripts to New Hope Pharmacy!
The pharmacist victoria is extremely rude and I strongly recommend to take your business elsewhere she doesn’t care about any patients im on a life sustaining medication and ive been getting my medication filled there for the past year an all of a sudden she comes there and she is hanging up on me an refuses to fill medicine the worst experience i ever had there and went to another pharmacy and i know im not the only one
Never enough staff.
Have to wait 2 weeks for regular medications…. Always back ordered
Showed up at 6: 45pm on a Sunday. Walked up to the door and it would not open. I checked the website for this location as well as Google prior to arriving and hours state they’re open until 10pm. Called the store number and it states this location is closed. I guess you can’t trust the store hours at this location.
It is the best company ever store is so understanding with returns could never say enough good things I have been a resident my entire life in new hope and I have never had a bad experience all ages of workers from teenagers to senior citizens and they are so nice u can tell they like what they do and it shows I am grateful to have had the opportunity to have this store so close to my house the automated system people complain about are just reminders actually hands on pharmacy workers are very nice people that are long term residents of the area know this is a fantastic store
My daughter and I just got our Covid Booster shots at this location. Pharmacist was knowledgeable, thorough and extremely helpful throughout the process. Fantastic service!
Cvs New Hope, Pa.awful customer relations. Nothing is ready when they text you that it is ready. When you dare to complain, the response is sullen and confrontational— never the hint of an apology. It’s a good thing for them that they have close to a monopoly here. In any other situation, they would — and should— be fired.
I’ve had it with this pharmacy. Delays, mistakes, terrible customer service. An 18 year patron but final straw is then filling the wrong Rx, not refunding it or even discarding it and it taking 3 visits and 1 call to fill the correct Rx. Terribly disappointed. Walgreens, please come take over.
Visit literally any other pharmacy. A prescription was called in 2 weeks ago and this place hasn't even filled it in that time period. There is always a line and nothing is ever ready. So your prescription will sit in a system for 2 weeks and then you come to see if it's ready and they tell you it hasn't been filled yet, please wait 30 mins. You wait 30 min and then they say "sorry we didn't get to it".
On August 29th at 1: 30 my husband went to get his booster shot at this CVS. The pharmacist was quite difficult to deal with and said my husband needed a note his doctor and he kept arguing with my husband who eventually left and went to Walgreens in Jamison. No problem there and he walked out after getting his booster shot.
Slow.very slow. Stupid.incompetent.understaffed.and their computer system is a real joke. I am handicapped, so the Drive up window is this store's greatest attraction for me, otherwise, I would immediately go somewhere else.
" I'll have it ready at 12: 00" I show up at 2: 00 and they still didn't have it ready for another 20 mins.
If my company plan wasn’t CVS I wouldn’t give this pharmacy business in a million years. Drive up window is always closed and no matter when you go you’re going to have to stand in line for a half hour to fill a Rx It’s been years and they’re still too incompetent to appropriately staff their store
Workers try their best to satisfy everyone as best as they can! Always understaffed but they do make an effort as its not the store’s fault.
Clean store.great help and pharmacy staff. Jamine at thje front of store is always helpful and cheerful
Maria at the pharmacy was so helpful with a situation I had with my medicine. She went above and beyond to help and support me in during this time. I would highly recommend CVS in new hope
