CVS, Landenberg PA

Terrible, disgrace of a CVS chain! Unfortunately, UPS delivered my package here to an employee named Lisa. I went to CVS after work expecting to pick up my package. I met the lady named Lisa who supposedly had received my very expensive package. She refused to look for the package even though I showed her my ups tracking/shipping number and her name as the person who received my package. She stated the UPS worker must have stolen my package and used her name as a scapegoat. I just believe she stole my package since she collected it on record. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was the only one working. I’ve filed a claim with UPS but customers beware, obviously packages are disappearing once Lisa collects them.

Second time the after receiving a discount coupon in the email, your branch refused to recognize it. Poor PR at CVS.

This one star rating is for the pharmacy. They used to be great as I have used them for my monthly prescription for almost 15 years. I don't know what happened over this past year or so. Seeing that I have to call my doctor every month to get my prescription filled, which means that my doctor must then call in my prescription to the pharmacy, you would think that would be enough for the pharmacist to start filling your prescription.but it's not. I now have to call my doctor's office and hope that he gets the message to call in my prescription and when he does I am now no longer notified by cvs that it has been received because I now have to call cvs after calling my doctor who called cvs to fill my prescription just to get them to even acknowledge that my prescription is there, as per the head pharmacists orders. Ridiculous! Not only that, but it now seems that instead of taking count of how much of a certain medication they have left and then ordering more before running out, they wait until a particular prescription runs out in the pharmacy to order more.meaning every other month, after I jump through all the hoops they require just to fill my prescription, its not even in stock and I have to wait another week or so before its delivered. So, if you're a new customer who needs a monthly prescription filled, I strongly advise that you do not use this particular pharmacy.

This places sucks, pharmacy is always on brake or there system down, I just wait 30 min in traffic up the road because they told me to come pick up my meds and I finally get here and they said there closed

Dropped off an Amazon return. Fast and efficient. Got my Amazon refund the same day.

Staff was very helpful but the bathroom was disgusting. Considering with covid isn't a pharmacy suppose to be the cleanest. If I didnt have to go bad I would have walked out. Im never going back.
