Drug Store CVS reviews
6Honestly, this pharmacy used to be good but lately it's really gone downhill. I've been waiting on a prescription for DAYS now and since they changed their pharmacy hours to close at 6pm, it's almost impossible to get medications when you actually need them. Matter of fact, I went to pick up this same prescription two days ago and I walked in at 5: 55pm and they were already trying to close the pharmacy with a line of people waiting to get prescriptions filled. I was initially going to try the drive thru pharmacy considering I had my two toddlers in the car with me, but they're so slow at that window there's no way I would've made it to the window before they closed. If you can help it, I'd suggest you steer clear.
Kelly at the pharmacy "in Richeyville pa" is so lazy & worthless she refused to help a disable person today around 6: 50 pm
That aside gas is almost 5$ a gal. They know when im going to pick up meds but they dont say not all the meds are ready, NO not until I'm there. Or I get a text right after getting home from CVS. I started going there once a month before letting them text when my meds are ready. Now thy're sending me texts ever other day. And they are so slow at that window its a joke.
My sister and I received our Covid booster and flu shots at this location. Employees were fantastic.
Tried using the pharmacy to get my daughter prescription. This store was unable to figure out my insurance (commercial ins with railroad). Kept telling me it termed. Called ins company and they confirmed it was good and active, no issues. Ended up paying cash for a one day supply and then went to another pharmacy to get remainder filled with no problems. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Wouldn't recommend the Staff cold and unwilling to help.
Nice convenient place to get odds and ends if you live in or near Richeyville. Grocery prices are a bit expensive, so much more than a few items and you’ll do better at the Dollar General right across the road (Rt. 40). Workers are usually pleasant and happy to help you find certain items when you need them.
