Drug Store CVS reviews
7One of thee worst pharmacies to deal with. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. I hear the blonde pharmacist manager talking about how bad one of the customer smelt. Then openly announced that she just looked them up and found out they lived in a trailer park and that’s why they smelt. I told her that was really mean to do and say out loud in front of other customers. She didn’t care. I dont Know her name but she has a custom license plate that says “sparkle” it’s a white Mercedes SUV. I work With her and idk i tried Telling management. My hope is this reaches a higher up.
Both Etown and mt joy are just terrible, understaffed and inconsistent service. Never a good time having to go there.
I don't have any problem great place to get ur meds.there are pricey with there there store
Things
If you can avoid going here, do so. Made my wife wait an hour and a half from some medicine, then told her that they actually can’t fill her prescription because of a mistake on there end and sent her away. That was one of many bad experiences there…
I was at the pharmacy this evening getting a prescription. It wasn’t ready yet, so I chose to sit there and wait for it. An older woman came in to get a prescription and was so cruel to Julie. She was cussing at her under her breath, yelling, and threatening to call corporate…again. Julie handled herself beautifully. She was calm, collected, and continued to assist the woman. I saw the woman complaining to the store manager about Julie. I did call him later and explained the situation to him; that the woman was hostile and Julie was extremely professional.
Julie is one of the best in that department and I applaud her for maintaining her professionalism when faced with aggression. Well done, Julie. You are appreciated!
Horrible pharmacy always out of your medication has to order it that takes days so your constantly off your meds and they answer the phone hello like I’m calling it’s an inconvenience steer clear at all costs unfriendly and unprofessional!
