I got a text my script was ready to pick up but arrived 1 minute after they closed. Was told once the gate closes they won’t open it. I explained I really needed my medication but the best they could offer is for me to drive 40 minutes away to get it at another CVS. So frustrating when the techs were right there. Do not have the convenience of the customer in mind or going the “extra mile” in customer care.

The pharmacy staff is not pleasant at ALL. Cant even ask a simple question without receiving an attitude.

Always has what I'm looking for. Friendly service and excellent coupons for great savings.

There is no where to contact the store directly for feedback. The CVS on Shillington road had gone down hill dramatically. The woman at the consultation counter is rude and condescending. The customers are just as rude. I had surgery at 9 am today and the script still has not been filled. If there is any issue I should have been notified. I understand busy, but this is every time I go in there anymore I leave with an issue. Do better CVS.

Spoke to pharmacy about stopping auto refills for my mother numerous times without success. Also, their computer system needs to be more user-friendly because whenever you give new insurance info it's not correct when you get a new prescription

Not the 1st time they were out of stock of the primary item I needed. Manager indicated they hadn’t ordered the item in a long time even though the shelf was empty. Think I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

Answered my call immediately, checked on stock I inquired about immediately and helped me get my medication when no other location could.all done very professionally, personally and politely!

Worst place EVER I don’t understand the point of scheduling an appointment if they see you an hour later NEVER again this place should close down or get new people

I’ve submitted requests for my Rx to be refilled 6 times with zero update as to what the issue is. It’s been over a month now. I know CVS runs it’s pharmacies like a sweatshop so don’t berate the workers…but don’t come here either.

Never thought I'd be writing a review about how ghetto a CVS pharmacy is, but it was a pharmacy tech who handled my transaction at the register while wearing his Air pods. Also went to this pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my child 30 minutes after receiving the call that it was ready for pickup. Guess what wasn't ready?

Not enough people work here. Never enough people in the pharmacy to help the # of customers they have. Always have to wait 10-15mins or longer on hold to get thru to anyone. When checking out, I did not want to use the self checkout (hands were full), and for some reason the employee offered to check me out at self checkout. Which meant I still had no where to set my items down. Also just kinda weird? Lol. Seriously CVS, hire more folks. If you can't find anyone to hire perhaps you should pay them more.

I wish I could switch pharmacies but unfortunately with my insurance I can’t. This location is the WORST. They take longer to fill scripts than anywhere else and even when they say they’ll be ready, they won’t be. There are always a lot of employees back in the pharmacy but usually only half look like they’re actually working and want to be there. Awful, slow customer service.

Came to get prescription over 2 hours after leaving doctors office, waited in the cvs line for 30 minutes when it was finally my turn they said prescription will be another ten minutes and yelling at me saying I must go to the back of the long line again while having a baby in the car, they did not let me just wait. Rudest customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

If I can give this place a negative stars I would this place is far the worst. I placed the prescriptions 1 day in advanced because of the horrible reviews and I came the following day and they still weren’t ready. So I waited 20 minutes like the lady in drive thru said. Gave them an hour and when I came by they still weren’t ready. They weren’t understaffed they had 5 ppl back there in pharmacy and they were laughing and goofing around not doing their jobs. Just a horrible place just like the reviews said. I tried giving them a chance but what a mistake. Moved over to RITE-AID.bye bye CVS!

The slowest and worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They also gave me the wrong amount of my prescription and refused to do anything about it to fix it. DO NOT GO HERE.

The Pharmacist Stephanie is very rude, condescending, phony, and unprofessional. This CVS pharmacy used to have great customer service as of late the service is horrendous. They don’t text you or call to let you know your medication is ready for pick up. Mind you I’m signed up to receive such information. The wait time on the phone use to be over 30 minutes. They call you the wrong name at the store when your medication is ready. They don’t call you and let you know there is an issue with your insurance. You find out when you get there. Now you have to call your insurance. This makes it inconvenient for you because you were expecting everything to be okay. Sometimes the medication that I purchased was paid at full price. If they would’ve told me ahead of time to call my insurance I would’ve saved time and money. How would I know there’s an issue if the pharmacist doesn’t tell me. If a medication is normally $15 and I can use my insurance card. Because I have a prescription discount where I’m able to pay $5 instead. Why wouldn’t I take advantage of that. This is the reason for health insurance. Nope they won’t tell you and you end up paying full price. Their work ethic here has went downhill. The pharmacists here have become extremely lazy and never want to go the extra mile for customers. I discontinued from getting my prescriptions here. Instead of making things smooth and easy this pharmacy causes more problems. All of them need to go back to school and get retrained. The wait time here is terrible as well they’re constantly backed up. So many reasons why I found another pharmacy.

Cvs NEEDS to hire more employees for this location. They are ALWAYS understaffed. Always seems to be not enough people on to be able to do the amount of work needed. The staff is as helpful as they can be and working their hardest, but there’s only so much that can get done when you’re abhorrently overstaffed constantly. CVS STOP WORKING YOUR EMPLOYEES LIKE DOGS TREATING THEM THIS WAY, especially during a pandemic. Absolutely inexcusable for a corporation this large.

They never price my Rx right per my insurance! And I can get a better price elsewhere for what my insurance doesn’t cover. Check them out before you pay.
