Drug Store CVS reviews
16I just needed one item. My friend went in for me because I use a wheelchair. I needed a specific product for dry eyes. CVS had what I needed but I thought it was overly priced. NOTE: They DO accept the FLEX card there. In case anyone was wondering.
I'm not sure how a pharmacy can get much worse. I suppose they could punch you in the face when you come to pick up your prescription.
It takes days to get a prescription. My doctor called in an RX for me 2 days ago and if I had not called to check it still would not be ready. The line to pick up your RX is usually around the building. The last time I gave it 48 hours before I tried and waited in line 20 minutes for them to make me wait another 20 minutes for them to fill it. I NOW call ahead (also a long wait time) to make sure it is ready before I go pick it up. Be sure to pick it up in a week or the process will start all over and they will have to refill it. I don't think this is the employees fault. I think they are overwhelmed being the only CVS left in Carlisle and the people at the window are always pleasant. Just poorly run I think. Plus they shut down for lunch everyday. That is when most of us have time to pick up our prescriptions.
Like others this CVS is getting bad. It took me three trips to pick up my prescriptions. After getting a notification that they were ready I went to pick them up and they were not ready. I went back and had to wait 20 minutes in line only to have them close the window for lunch. I finally went by a third time and waited 15 minutes before I got my prescription. And that salesperson was rude. I will be taking my business somewhere else
Please never order photos at this location as the machine is broken. I was informed the employees told corporate headquarters several times with no resolution. I had already prepaid for the order online of $769.33 and the store could not refund money.
They're a hit and miss with pharmaceutical services, but I never got why they have to all take lunch break at the same time from 13: 30 till 14: 00. Can they just rotate their employees so they can take care of their customers the whole time they're open? Mabye?
All of my scripts lately have taken longer than promised to be filled. The customer service is bad. They are extremely short staffed. Leading to customers being frustrated.
I went to CVS this morning and another customer and I were waiting in line, a cashier named Juziyah suddenly shut down the cash register and proceeded to walk outside, when we asked her who is going to check us out as even the self checkout is closed, she rudely snapped at us with a very bad attitude that it’s not her problem because she’s off the clock! I’ve never experienced such rudeness at this particular CVS as everyone else who works there is always very polite and nice which is the reason I come into the shop nearly couple times a week.
Very good cvs is my store
Good deal every week, extra back everyone's very helpful and friendly, team and the manager %
Working here has its pro and cons. Manager Christine talks about everyone. She hardly does anything. Making it uncomfortable for the associates. Overall it’s a nice company to work for
Rude staff I’ve ever seen. I was asking at consultations window about any medicine for constipation and recognized everyone laughing on me! Is it having a constipation something not normal. So rude and unprofessional service from those teenagers stuff you guys don’t deserve to serve at the pharmacy and need to know that u are there to serve people not to lough on their disease. So next time I’ll escalate that to my lawyer and go from there
I called because a prescription got called in to the wrong pharmacy, and while assisting me they deleted the prescription. I had to wait until the next day for my doctor to call in the prescription again. I needed that medicine and suffered unnecessarily because of the error.
The service is really good considering how busy they are now that the one at High Street closed.
No cashier and one computer for self-checkout. Waited 10 minutes because they people using self-checkout ahead of me didn’t know what they were doing.
I wish I had gotten her name. The employee went above and beyond trying to figure out how I can reload my cash app card. And even though we weren't successful, the amount of time and energy she put into assisting me was absolutely appreciated. Thank you so much dear. Bless up.
Do not recommend sending prescriptions here! They are beyond slow and will push you out the door instead of trying to help you. Won't be coming back to this CVS ever again.
