The female pharmacist behind the counter was not friendly and neither was the girl at the window. She ignored me and failed to give me my correct medication. I switched pharmacies after they called the cops because i was going through a mental health crisis and needed my meds and they were scared. They clearly arent educated on mental health which makes no sense if your a pharmacist.

Place is filthy trash all over the pharmacy area. I complaint 2 times now. I called the 800 number to let them know about what a dissaster the place is also went to the store manager and he was rude unprofessional and he didn't want to hear it he walked away from me while i was expressing my issue the place needs better management. I gave one star because thats the only way to post a comment.

The service at this location is awful to say the less. Especially the Pharmacy department. The pharmacist raised her voice at me and was rude. I ask for my mental health meds and she laughed and told me she didn't have to fill them. She had no empathy for mental health people. This needs to brought to the public's attention. Mental health people matter!

On hold for an hour before I hung up, later watched all the pharmacy staff stand there as the phones were ringing and no one bothered to even glance at the phone. They have placed my prescription label on someone else's bottle previously and have made numerous mistakes. Not worth it, don't go there, honestly don't understand how the Lancaster locations can be SO bad.

I once got someone else's prescription! If I had taken it I would have fallen asleep driving to my second job!
Drive thru is ridiculous, I was there over an hour! The pharmacist is RUDE! After waiting an hour went inside the store and person is on her phone, one person is scanning all the orders they have in the bins! And who knows what the pharmacist was doing. All I know is that I was sitting in my car in the drive thru and no one ever came to wait on me! Going to another place, I am done with this place.

Waited in line for an hour just to be rejected service because we got a little mad. Super rude pharmacist. Won't be going back.

This place (pharmacy) is an absolute disaster. I have never had such rude incompetent sssslllllloooowwwwwww service in my life. And forget getting someone to answer the phone. Taking my prescriptions elsewhere as I just can’t take it anymore. Just stayed due to convenience. Willing to drive and extra 10 miles to not have to deal with this place.

Lately there has been issues with picking up orders and having prescription missed. Maybe I was just lucky before as in the years I have used them prior have been great

Tell me how my doc calls an order in 6 hrs ago and it's still not ready and the pharmacist just needs to look at it to make sure it's ok and I still have to wait 30 min to get it when I'm literally standing here and you can't look at it for me so we don't have to drive the hole way back here

Absolutely rude! I arrived and pulled into lane one. A woman picks up and states “medication pick up are in lane 2” no greeting or anything. Just a statement. No where was there a sign stating this. So I pull into lane two. The gentleman on the other end of the line asked me for my information multiple times and could not seem to get it. When he finally did, I was told my medication wasn’t ready and that I could come back tomorrow. I sick! I need my medication. It was called in well over 3 hours ago. All of which I told him. He didn’t much care and told me he could expedite it and I would need to wait another 20 minutes. I’m sorry. This was called in OVER 3 HOURS AGO! Why is it not ready. So then I sit there and wait (no one is behind me mind you). Another woman picks up and says “ma’am you need to come back in 20 minutes”. I told her there was no one behind me (which she could see) and that I was going to wait here unless someone pulled behind me. She just hung up the phone. Didn’t reply or anything. Why is it that CVS pharmacies have such cranky employees? I have seen this all over but these people here are terrible! Do not recommend them at all.

Waiting in the drive they line is ridiculous! You're not getting out any sooner than 15 minutes but average time of the line is more than 2 vehicles is like 20-25 mins. If you go inside and get your meds that way you are not getting done faster. They work at a "I don't care" pace. They aren't very pleasant and just don't seem to like their jobs. It's frustrating to get mediations filled here. I have to switch to another pharmacy but it'll be so worth it to not have to deal with this store!

Wade the store manager, is a very caring person, along with the other employees, that helped me the other night, when i lost my wallet, and was dealing with some issues in my life, the small act of kindness of wade, went along way for me, if he had any idea. Best management experience ive ever had. They also were very helpful with an issue that i was dealing with, with another cvs pharmacy. May god bless them.

I went to this location for a drive-thru Covid test. The drive thru pharmacy tech was so pleasant, explanatory, and patient with me while she walked me through the process step-by-step. She was very kind and left me feeling thankful that I was able to secure a test at this location. I didn’t catch her name, but I appreciated her very much!

I spent 50 minutes on the phone, waiting for the pharmacy to answer. It wasn't the first time. Changing to a different drug store all. Ridiculous way to spend time.together.

I filled many prescriptions here and almost every single one of my experiences was awful. The staff are typically careless, rude, unkind, very poor communicators, and lack either sufficient competency or information. I recommend Walmart pharmacy. They don't have a drive-thru but there is curbside pick-up as well as delivery. If you are still considering visiting this pharmacy.read on.

The first time I went to this CVS, I had 3 prescriptions filled. The staff said they had billed my insurance for all three medications and that the insurance didn't cover them. I called my insurance and they said they had only been billed for one of the medications and that as a result, I had reached my deductible, so they would cover the other medications if they ever got billed for them. I called the pharmacy again and they insisted that they had billed the insurance for all three. So I called my insurance again and went back and forth. I went to the pharmacy in person because you it's quicker to drive there than to call as they rarely answer the phone within 40 minutes even when they're not busy. I planned on picking up the medications even if they still didn't have the competency to bill my insurance, using apps like GoodRx to pay for the other prescriptions out of pocket. The pharmacist initially insisted again that the insurance had been billed but after retrieving the medications and actually looking at the medications and information in the computer, he discovered that they had never billed my insurance for the other two medications because the labels were stapled and staggered so that you could clearly see that there were three but not the labels for the second and third prescriptions.

Another time, they gave me the wrong flavor of prescription toothpaste and blamed me for not noticing before I left the store. They said that since the sticker had been placed on the box, it couldn't be resold, and that it was my fault for not checking before I left the store. I normally do check, because I don't trust them, but I just didn't have the energy after being exhausted by trying to communicate with a staff member who wasn't listening to me.

I've also been told that prescriptions that had been called in had not been called in and vice versa. For instance, I once drove there, again because of how long it takes for them to answer the phone and how difficult it is to information across before they end a conversation. I asked if my prescription had been called in and the staff member said yes, but that it was on hold. I asked if she knew why, and she said no, it might be because it's too early to fill. I asked if she could look into it or ask someone else. She initially refused and said it's on just on hold for whatever reason. She then asked someone else about it and they said it had never been called in. Maybe she was looking at the previous month's prescription and couldn't fill it because it had already been filled.

I got an email from a manager asking for feedback after each visit and hoped things would get better since they would address issues like these, but they did not.
