Drug Store CVS reviews
9If you stack and fold all the receipts, you get a tiny little book about why you're broke.
The young lady that checked me out was so caring and compassionate about my situation it brought back my faith in humanity. They are all great.
Abagail at checkout ran back to grab and second bottle of vitamins, because they were apparently Buy 1 Get 1. Very sweet and helpful.
Plenty of deals as always at CVS. Be certain to download the app and scan your extra bucks card at the coupon kiosk.
I love shopping here, THERE'S ALWAYS MONEY TO BE SAVED AT CVS!
Every month its a struggle to get my medication. There is one pharmacist that is very kind and helpful, the rest of the staff is usually rude and unhelpful. I called a week ago (as they told me to do) about my medication, was told i was out of refills but they would handle it. Guess why im leaving one star? Worst cvs i have ever dealt with, go to rite aid or anywhere else
To be clear, this is not about the pharmacy staff. The pharmacy was actually closed when I was there. I asked a woman stocking shelves in an aisle for help finding something. She said something that I didn't fully hear. When I asked again she said "just read the signs". I told her I just did. I left the store and went to Rite Aide.
Horrible! Tried to pick my antibiotic and was told it wasn't ready that they would fill it in a couple of minutes and then call me. I sat in a chair and patiently waited for the lady to call me. Six customers later I returned to the back of the line so that I could pick up my medication that evening. When it was my turn, again, the lady looked at me and asked my name. The antibiotic was ready and she developed alzheimer's in the process!
Ladies who work in pharmacy are wonderful very kind, very understanding and will go out of their way to help a customer! I'll try and make this quick lol. I need a very important medicine for my blood pressure and was stressing out on how I was going to pick it up. My car is in the shop with my car seats so couldn't go anywhere. I'm not originally from the area recently moved up here so I can't call a family member to pick it up. I did the delivery where it comes to your door. The delivery guy had already left and my refill wasn't ready so it got missed. Once I didn't hear anything I had called in they address it right away. I got a phone call back saying a staff member was going to deliver it. It's theses things where customer service is huge and the ladies who work here really go above and beyond! Thank you again so much for caring about you customers and thank you to the young lady who brought it to my door!
The Pharmacy Staff itself is always courteous, kind, & always helpful! If you're worried about how long it's going to take for your prescription to be filled/re-filled & you don't live particularly close to your pharmacy, (Since we moved, we live about 15 minutes from our nearest CVS Pharmacy now, soo.) when you call for your refill, or as you drop off the new prescription, ask for the staff to help you set up the call or text to come straight directly to your cell phone as soon as this order is confirmed complete, & ready for pick up, & also for any other consecutive refills, or pick-ups in the future - near or far! =-D. It has been a huge time-saver, & gas-saver, since we moved outta that town last year!
