Drug Store CVS reviews
10Filthy restroom! When I told a blonde female employee and showed her the photos, she was like “that’s gotta be the kids”. I’m like KIDS? ! No sorry or I’ll have it cleaned up.
The last time I was there there was a young girl working the cash register and she was pretty busy. I wish I would’ve gotten her name, but I needed help with chargers, and she really went out of her way to help me even though she was busy she didn’t make me feel rushed which I thought was really nice.
Customer service is good but their stock of items is the opposite. If you check out their drinks, the most it is ever stocked is 50% and never any coffee drinks. Really disappointed since they have parking but what’s the use when there is nothing on the shelves.
I love this CVS! Always a pleasant experience. Cashiers are always smiling, kind and professional.
I don't understand the negative comments for this particular CVS. I've made phone calls to this location with no hassles, I remember speaking to a gentleman named Naim. He was soft spoken but polite.
I've also never had a bad experience in this CVS. I live close by so I;m there often. The cashiers are always smiling. I wish I knew their names. I shall ask on my next few visits.
I don't visit the pharmacy too often. However, I haven't had a bad experience there either.
Possibly they stepped up their game since old negative reviews?
Who knows, but I seem to enjoy it there. Keep up the good work 3300 Broad St CVS! Thank you.
I changed my prescriptions to this CVS to make it easier for me to pick up. The customer service her is so bad and that you wait on hold forever. The drive thru window is a joke. The attendant leaves and sometimes they don't come back for a long time I'm talking about more than 10 minutes. The line builds up and they are so slow. Go inside better yet don't go to this CVS. I'm changing my prescriptions back to the other CVS I was going to even though it's out of the was. That CVS is the one on 10th and Reed. They are really busy and they get things done.
CVS.com let me book flu shots here for my whole family. We came at the correct time, waited, and then we were rudely told they wouldn't have any of the vaccine for a week.
Horrible. Waited 30 minutes for a scheduled Covid test and moved MAYBE two cars in that amount of time. Tried to call the Pharmacy to ask how much longer the estimated wait time was and after going through an absurd amount of prompts, I was nonceremoniously hung up on after being transferred to the pharmacist and NO ONE answering, not even a voice-mail. I had to get back after wasting almost my entire lunch break so I left without being tested. Completely unacceptable to treat customers like that regarding important health needs.
I used to go to the Walgreens on broad by Snyder, that place was a nightmare! This is nice, out of the way, parking and prompt. I just wish pharmacy had longer hours. Not opening until 9am either. Please extend hours.
The pharmacists are not wearing masks until a customer approaches the counter. I repeat: at the height of a global pandemic, these health-related employees are not following CDC protocol!
