I called this CVS because I had a question about my medicine. I normally get my prescriptions filled there. I asked to speak to a pharmacist and I was put on hold for about 5 minutes or more. I hung up and I called The Rite Aid. I listened to the recording then pressed the appropriate number to speak to the pharmacy and someone picked up promptly. He answered my question very graciously and professionally and I was off the phone in like 3 minutes. I think I just might be switching pharmacies!
Website says Covid home tests are in stock. When you call, the recording says the website is accurate. Drove 25 min to get a test and they have a paper sign saying out of stock. Thanks for nothing. Fix your website.
Great store, clean and well organized. They remodeled this one a few years back and it’s really nice.
OMG im just speechless at the customer service from the pharmacy staff. Every time I go pick up my prescriptions the ladies at the pharmacy are so rude and unprofessional. They always have a bad attitude and seem miserable with their job. I just cant take it no more. Im going to start taking my prescription to rite aid down the street because I cant take their nasty attitude so early in the morning. Im fed up with the staff at this CVS
They’re nice but always under staffed at the front counter. Please get more people at the register
