Drug Store CVS reviews
9Avoid this location at all costs. Worst customer service I have ever experienced on multiple occasions. Save yourself the aggravation. There's not even enough room here to explain how bad it is.
The pharmacy tech was rude and telling people they were short staffed. Every time i go in there is something wrong or RX is not filled yet
All I’m going to say is that “Susan” needs to be fired immediately. Disgustingly rude and incredibly unprofessional. I genuinely feel bad for anybody that has to work with this woman on the daily
Josh and Suzanne were absolute heros today. They saved my debit card, it had fallen in the automated register. Josh (manager) checked the cameras and figured out where the card was. Suzanne was very reassuring. Thanks guys
WORST WORST WORST! Waited all day to let me know that they don’t have the medication I NEED because I had surgery today. Then refused to give me any of my other meds that they filled because I was upset. Again just came from getting SURGERY. ***UPDATE: the medicine they said that nobody had and haven’t been able to get for 4 months, I got from another cvs right down the street…Not sure what kinda kickbacks they get for this kinda thing but it’s definitely shady
Update (4 yrs.later) : I just called to see if they had medications in stock that my regular pharmacy didn't have. I waited on hold for 29 minutes with no answer, only to be hung up on by them. Looks like nothing has changed.
This used to be a good pharmacy. Over the past year the quality of service has steadily declined and its now horrible. There have been many times they don't have my prescription in stock, you will wait at least a half hour until the pharmacy answers your call, and wait times are ridiculous. My doctor sent in a prescription for an eye drop at 3pm. Went back and arrived at the drive thru at 8: 06. Four cars ahead of me I didn't get to the window until 8: 40. Then my prescription still wasn't ready. Almost 6 hours to put a sticker on a boxand remove it from their inventory? Finally checked out at 8: 49. I wil be moving back to Walgreens two blocks away. Don't waste your time here.
They are the worst place I've been in years. The people are rude no one knows anything and they never pick up the phone. Be like me move everthing to Walgreens.
My son is 7 years old and has a painful ear infection. We had the prescription called into this pharmacy because they were open until 9pm. Called to confirm it was received and the automated system said it would be ready at 8: 03pm. We arrived at 8 pm to them closing the doors and all they had to say was, “sorry. ” Now we have to wait 12 hours overnight for him to get the medication that will give him some relief. So much for patient care. If I could give zero stars I would.
I've never had a problem with this cvs. I have with other locations. This one's always had my prescriptions ready when they say they're ready. All right
The only issue is waiting call time. But when you go in you see that everybody's very busy and the phones are ringing non-stop.
