Drug Store CVS reviews
12Staff at the MinuteClinic - check yourselves! Zero reason for the attitude towards your patients.
My friend showed me how to do couponing at cvs and o think it’s great for one u save a lot of money for those who don’t do couponing it’s very easy and believe me u will be hooked and at cvs is the best place to start u will have a great experience and save a lot of money!
Had to wait a while in line to pick up a prescription, then it took the attendant a long time to find it. But their selection of products for vitamins, medications, personal care, fingernail polish, make up, cards, and quick party /snack supplies is great.
If I could, I’d give this pharmacy team 10 stars. They are friendly, helpful, and advocate for their patients. I’ve had several Rx issues and this location works with you to solve the problems. Thank you for coming to my rescue @Debbie and the rest of the Pharma Team!
Just wanted to give a shout out to Chris in the Pharmacy, dude is always so nice and polite and does what he can to help always! Very much appreciated to say the least and is a big reason I am a customer at this CVS instead of the one closer to me in Red Lion!
Honorable mention to Amy as well she’s always been a sweetheart!
They had my medication when Walmart did not, so I went here. The hours posted in the pharmacy did not match Google's hours, so that might lead to some frustration. They also close for a half hour during lunch (I think its 1: 30 - 2: 00). This pharmacy has had unforced errors by putting my prescription on auto fill when not requested, and by switching me to a 90 day supply when not requested. Other than that, the lines are pretty average and the workers all seem polite.
3rd car in drive through line and I’ve been waiting 30 mins and still have not gotten my prescription. Slowest pharmacy drive through I have EVER been to.
Had to get a RX sent over from another pharmacy due to shortage. 1st time this cvs got it, they filled it wrong. I told them this. 2nd time they filled it they filled it wrong. “We go by what the Dr sends”. Clearly not because my notes in Wellspan, the drs notes, they prev pharm directive all say this rx, you filled that rx. It’s not your kid/family member so nobody cares.
This is the place you want to go if you want to die waiting in the drive thru lane I called and complained about the service they told me it's for convenience not speen well it's not very convenient either I'd call very incompetent pharmacy are very poor customer service
I just came from this store on Queen Street in York, PA. Unfortunately I didn't think to get the name of the young woman working at the front register. But she did a great job. The computers were working extremely slow. She took some people through the self check out. Then got someone to help her check out the rest of the customers. The people working in this store as always very courteous.
The South George St CVS OTC fulfillment center is by far the best one to go to in the York County and surrounding area. They've always have an adequate supply of the items us Aetna Medicare Advantage Plans can order from our OTC catalog. The staff is pleasant, the store is clean and orderly with plenty of easy parking.
Dear chubby black haired girl with glasses that works Wednesday evenings, don't laugh at the mf who cleans your bathrooms while he's walking away from introducing himself for the first time. People who lack even the simplest of professionalism should NOT be managers. Despite being upset, I did a stellar job. The pictures I upload to UtilizeCore should be enough proof in the case CVS decides to question my integrity.
