10This pharmacy here is absolutely horrible! The staff is rude, the scripts take forever or are wrong. After today’s incident we are pulling our scripts from here and going elsewhere I don’t care if I have to drive twenty mins to another phamarcy.
Worst customer service I’ve received in a long time. Glad I was able to stay calm and patient. I will travel to avoid ever going to this cvs ever again.
This pharmacy always delays on people's scripts. They always wait until your meds are due before they reorder for meds. No matter what it does to people that take them everyday of their life
I have not had any issues; but every time my mom requests a refill for one of her medications they constantly tell her that they don’t have it in stock. When she called a few days ago she was told they had no idea when they would get the medication back in stock and then the pharmacist had the audacity to say “how do we know you’re not getting this prescription from another store? ” Basically implying my mother is a drug addict. It disgusts me that this is how they treat someone who needs this medication to help with focus and anxiety. My mother would never mistreat medication, and it angers me to see her so angry and upset. The pharmacy staff needs either an overhaul, or someone to teach them to overcome whatever stigmas they have.

This pharmacy is the worst I have ever been to when it comes to filling prescriptions. Every single time I go, there is a problem and I can feel my blood pressure rising. First they did not honor an electronic prescription for my son sent over from a mental health facility. As you can imagine, because of the circumstance our family was already in a fragile emotional and mental state. Now I have to jump through hoops just to get a prescription filled. I literally had to go home and come back with his discharge paperwork just to prove that the prescription was legit. The next time we went to pick up the same prescription I was told that there was a problem and that I needed to contact the doctor. After reaching out to him, he didn't know what the problem was either so he called the pharmacy. He was told that they couldn't honor his 30 day prescription and he had to submit a 90 day request. They could have told me that while I was there, but instead there was a veil of secrecy over something that made no sense to begin with. Now here we are almost 90 days later. My son had his appointment on 9/20/23 where his prescription was renewed. I went to the pharmacy today on 9/23/23, and am being told that they don't have the refill request. I am online looking at his patient portal and can literally see that the prescription was submitted but somehow CVS doesn't have it. I am beyond over it and will no longer bring my business here.
Another reviewer said “staff is angry”. Hah, it’s the truth. It finally occurred to me I can get almost anything I need at the Giant next door, why am I spending my money here to be treated poorly?
Maybe CVS needs to pay their workers more/treat them better. It’s trickling down to the customers.
I was hesitant to use this pharmacy due to the reviews. However, my experience with them has been great. They communicate well, and offered guidance when I needed it. Bev helped me get a medication that has been scarce. I highly recommend CVS to anyone looking for a new pharm.
Every time I pick up meds they wanna charge me all different amounts for the same ones. Sometimes u can get a good explanation depending on who’s at the window…
Great place. Staff is angry it seems so I avoid them. I used to work for CVS and I get it but facing isn't happening, nor merchandising
