Rude Staff, took 1hr and 10 min to fill a Zithromax script. It was 1605 when happened. It’s not worth coming here.

Pharmacy worker gave me the wrong pill bottle and quantity
Yes it was resolved but it took too long on line tried to call no one answered for over a half hour then I had to go back to correct it.

I’ve been waiting 2 days for my prescription which was supposed to be done in half of an hour. Went back after 2 days and the pharmacist had called off so there was no one to take care of prescriptions. NEVER GONNA GO BACK! Shane on them. Didn’t have the consideration to at least send a message to let people know.

I have to premedicate before surgery mind you the script was called in a proximity a week ago, I go to pick it up they say no its not ready come back later I tell them I have to go to work they say ok well come back tomorrow I said ok and when I got there today the pharmacy was closed the worker up front said "oh well the pharmacist called off today so we had to close the pharmacy "said noone else ever before. What the heck is going on In This world today now I have to cancel my appointment

I do not recommend going to this Pharmacy. Patient was seen for OS and was told he had to wait almost two hours before receiving his pain medication which is absolutely ridiculous. No patient whos had oral surgery or any type of procedure that would follow with a pain medication to stay comfortable should have to wait. Spoke with the Pharmacist and basically explained that he was not going to fill the script as he thought we were arguing.so our patient was in pain and had to have them sent to a new pharmacy altogether.

I have now been on hold with the pharmacy for nearly 20 minutes. I was there a few days ago and heard their phone while staff did nothing to answer it. I need my Rx today and can't drive because of my condition so I'm waiting to ask the pharmacy about delivery. But they won't pick up the phone. I am changing pharmacies after 20 years.

I hate this pharmacy. If it wasn't for my dr. Calling in my RX here i would never walk through the doors. The staff is very nice but there arenot enough of them. It takes so long to pick up. Giant pharmacy is where I usually go. Walk right up-never a wait.

I have an autoimmune disease and if I don’t get my medicine in a timely manner it can cause me to get very ill. My prescription was ordered in last night for a simple nasal spray (not for my autoimmune disease but for my illness) and it wasn’t filled but my bf was able to walk in and hand them a script for his medicine and they took it and gave it back to him an hour and a half later… before they took it she looked at him and said “does this need to be filled today? ”like if you work in a pharmacy you know this medicine is an antibiotic so yes it does need to be filled today.then when I asked them about my medicine that was ordered in LAST NIGHT she told me it wasn’t filled and she couldn’t fill it bc they close in 30 min…. Like thanks for being so helpful. I’m not one to go out of my way at all to write reviews but this is the second time that this has happened to me. I will say the only one willing to put in the extra work is the man with dark hair that works at the pharmacy. I think he had glasses as well. He stood there for 20 minutes last night trying to input information into good rx so I didn’t have to pay the full amount. He had excellent customer service and was positive the entire time.

Update: just found out from a family friend that worked at a cvs pharmacy that a prescription can be filled up to 5 minutes before close! And she couldn’t fill mine 30 minutes before close? ! After hearing that I got so beyond furious because it’s clearly just pure laziness.

Used this location for a few years. But just recently things have been not so great. Both my kids went for a sick visit at 2 and it is 6 and nothing ready for pick up.

RUN to Weis Pharmacy instead! We went to CVS b/c they appeared to be the only local store that had COVID home tests in stock. I wandered around the store, stood at the pharmacy consultation counter, and no one acknowledged me. Went to front counter, asked for tests, young lady didn't seem to understand how many I wanted. Did not alert me to Medicare so I paid with debit card. She said I could submit receipts to Medicare, but you can't. She also told me to wait a week between tests, but that was wrong. Wife went back for more tests, cashier was trying to wait on 3 people (one who couldn't get some game to work for their kids). She did say wife could take the tests to the pharmacy and maybe get them free, but wife said no. I went back later for more. Scouted store for display, no one to ask. Not acknowledged at consultation counter as workers walked past. Waited on long, slow line. Asked for test, lady got them. Had me move to consultation window b/c of Medicare, had to enter all kinds of information. When done, took the tests and said I'd get them in 10 minutes. Waited with no explanation. Pharmacist approved them, then had to look at them again. Whole trip was over an hour. There were 5 people behind the counter, yet seemed understaffed and overwhelmed. Three strikes. Our preferred pharmacy for speed, accuracy, and personal treatment is Weis.

Always a long wait. I average 20 minutes these days. Not enough pharmacists to make up meds in a timely fashion. Workers stone faced and not welcoming. Must be a terrible place to work.

The place is woefully understaffed. They seem to cycle through employees. You never recognize anybody from visit to visit. The pharmacy is closed half the time. May be a management issue because the CVS by me is wonderful.

The pharmacy is always closed. And it is very time consuming to go there, find out they are closed and try to get your prescription switched to another store.

Wait time to pick up was ridiculous, pharmacy is randomly closed all afternoon, had to come back three separate times to try and pick up by prescription, I was able to get in the last day my pick up was available and was told it was already put back at 5pm and would be a further wait for it to be filled.

Switched from the South Side CVS to this one, and it even has WORSE SERVICE. They won’t answer the phone, have your prescription ready. There are times I’ve had to go back and forth 3-5 times for one script. Don’t bother calling. You will be on hold until they close. Oh, also they only take cash? It’s been like that for a few months, and no drive through.

Very poor experiences the more I frequent this pharmacy. Issues with prescriptions being filled that were ordered many hours prior. Went to pick up 1/2 prescriptions and turned out they did have the other one in stock there but claimed they didn’t. Lines are pretty long on average and service is unfortunately slow. I don’t bother with the drive through anymore and many times when I am waiting at the pharmacy I can hear the phone announcing how many people are on hold and no one ever picks up… no wonder I can never get through hold when I call.

Signed up on-line today 10/29/22 for a Covid PCR test at this CVS. Never again! Completed the questionnaire on-line and scheduled a 3 pm appointment. Received a confirmation code, but when I arrived at the drive-through, the pharmacist said I was at the wrong location. When I showed my confirmation, they eventually located my registration. Then they couldn't verify my insurance, which is Medicare, so I gave them my ID card, although it had been verified on-line. 20 minutes later, I was asked to drive to the front of the store where someone would call me for more information. I told the pharmacist she should be ashamed, took my ID card and paperwork, and left without having the test. Don't ever go to this store or any CVS, if it is set up like this one. Shame! Shame! Shame!

Don’t go to this pharmacy to get your Covid-19 vaccine. I scheduled my appointment online to get my second dose. I got there 7 minutes before my appointment. While I was in the parking lot, I look at my phone and see a text from cvs saying my appointment got canceled sent a minute ago. I go inside and all they had to say was they had to much work to take care off. What got me mad is the last minute cancellation. Like if they cancelled it before I left my house and got there it would’ve been fine lol.
