My favorite CVS the customer service here is excellent. They are quick friendly courteous and eager to assist you. I also get my prescriptions filled here and they also are quick friendly courteous and eager to assist you. A lot more of their items qre locked up but that insures your product will be there and protect it from being looted by the vast criminal element in Philly right now. Hopefully this will change soon quickly with a new mayor. Keep up the great work here Please

This store was always good, but this past few months becoming worse cvs store (pharmacy is still ok). Sales person is treating customers so poorly. Boy with curly hair has worst attitude ever. He is mean and rude. I’m going to that store and spending money and I need more respect, but he was out of line.he can’t t deal with costumers. Inever had anyone treated me like that in my tire life.

Male “pharmacist” needs to be investigated. Not only is he extremely disrespectful and rude. But he seems to be under the influence. I have used this Cvs for years but he will be the reason I switch. A complete menace. Someone needs to look into this asap!

Called in regards to a prescription i was having trouble with and needed clarification on what i would need to do to have it filled.the pharmacist that was assisting me did not greet me with her name.good thing for her because this is the worst service i ever expected.i understand that it can be a difficult job, but the women treated me terrible.i was just trying to figure out what i needed to do for my script to get refilled and this women expected me to be a certified and accredited pharmacist to even discuss with her.stating the whoever i previously talked to was wrong and ‘obviously not a pharmacist’. I was just asking questions to see what i could do to get my much needed prescription.i stated wow my psych must suck at her job and the women said she doesn’t care and she needs to be spoken to respectfully and hung up.

I had 70.00 worth of products in my cart. With all my app coupons, I paid only 21.00. If you have the app and pay 5.00 a month, they give you your 5 back, plus another 5, plus coupons. Lots of them. Some say 35% off total sale plus your 10.00, that's the only time I shop there. So worth it!

This CVS pharmacy location my family has been using for at least 6-7 years so far. I personally stop her to pick up meds for my in-laws twice a month at least.

I never encountered such horrible customer support and unpleasant experiences speaking to the pharmacist.

The pharmacist Kelly Konrad has a very unprofessional attitude and is arrogant! At first, I even felt her discriminative approach personality that I confirmed later on.

While taking my prescription, she did everything to postpone my pick up and gave me a 30 minute wait with 0 people in line. All this was in an obvious rude form. I did not argue.

When I came back to pick up I witnessed the discriminative and arrogant approach even to the new guy that was on CVS training. It was a nice South Asian guy with not a common but pretty short name (sounded Matis or similar).

The guy was trained by Rita - the most helpful and professional CVS personal in that location (more below). Rita asked him what his name was, and he clearly pronounced his short name. Rita repeated nicely. But the pharmacist Kelly Konrad with an attitude jumped into the conversation - "You can call him Mat" she said, he is ok with it. The guy looked a bit lost and obviously did not like that. When Rita asked him if that was ok. He very kindly explained that not really and he does not want to be confused and called differently. Moreover the pharmacist Kelly Konrad all that time several times showed her discontent to everyone around her.

In the meantime, the new guy and Rita were looking for my prescription. All this time the pharmacist Kelly Konrad was working finishing my prescription in front of the computer, several feet away. But she did not even look toward me or us, to let me know that she was still working on it… or she just started on my prescription. Finlay, she silently hands the bag to Rita. The whole process was pretty awkward.
So Rita showed me the brown bag with a note that it was $70+ after insurance. I asked the pharmacist Kelly Konrad if she could check and let me know why it was so expensive and how much the insurance covered. She did not even respond to me, only arrogantly staired to her screen.

I asked Rita to see. She said that she couldn't check that from her end. And immediately offered to see what could be done. All this time she was patiently explaining to the new guy what she was clicking and doing. In 10 seconds Rita said, I found a coupon for you online that brings your total to $40. And she showed the new guy how it is done. It was very professional and nice of Rita. But the “super” pharmacist Kelly Konrad was acting like she was not there all that time, even though she was several feet away.

I hope the CVS superiors and management from the headquarters will take proper steps and actions towards all the reviews this location gets and use them to improve and evolve.

I would like to say thank you Rita again for your job and kindness!
