One star is still too high. Drive thru constantly out of service, zero communication to customers about RXs being delayed by weeks and you need to spend an excessive (10+ minutes) in an automated system to even get close to talking to a person (be prepared to resort again) who when challenged on why there was no communication hung up on me.

Switching pharmacies immediately.

Even I got Bad experience even today too I was waiting here almost two hours according to the pharmacist instructions.because they closed pharmacy at 3 pm and open at 4 pm but no one show up at 4 pm.according to my knowledge no longer available this cvs pharmacy on this location, because of low experiences to the pharmacist running skills.

If there is -0 star I would have given that but since I want to write down something I have to give them a one star. Most of them staff are very rude specially older lady is always rude. No respect to people and I don’t know why cvs is allowing this kind of behavior at all. No wonder their review is bad. I called to make sure my grandma prescription is ready and some reason she couldn’t hear me and I have to said it little louder but that lady was don’t haul me don’t haul me like I was yelling at and I told her do you talk to people like this always and again she just keep saying don’t haul me don’t haul me lol. This is not one time thing for me, every single time this kind of behavior happen to me.

I did take into consideration the reviews for this CVS as we moved here & needed a CVS pharmacy. It was the closest to us & also has a drive-in which I was looking for. I went in & checked it out too, before transferring prescriptions here. Despite some negative reviews, I decided to give it a try. I can't say enough about the people here, the pharmacists, the techs, and the cashiers I've come in contact with. It's been 4 months and I have had nothing but positive experiences here. Everyone has been helpful & friendly. And even when I go from the check out to the consultation area, the pharmacist comes right over & doesn't make me wait. Kudos to the manager & staff at this CVS. I'm glad I brought my business to you. It's a pleasure going into your store.

The pharmacy tech at this CVS is very rude. My family member got a lecture from the pharmacy tech on how she should change her personality. Are you for real? That is how you think you should treat other people? This tech completely spoke out of turn. If this woman can't stand her job anymore she shouldn't take it out on the customers. Absolutely appalling behavior from the pharmacy tech. Perhaps this tech should have a lecture on how you treat people because that wasn't it.

This place has untrained and unprofessional pharmacists, they don’t even know how to talk!

Employee at the
counter coughed in her hand numerous times then proceeded to touch my items, I did not react because I knew in my heart I would have cussed her out, is this the standard of the CVS on Carlisle Pike, during the age of Covid and many other contagious diseases why let or force an employee to work when they are slightly ill. Is this the standard for the manager and owner of this CVS.
