Drug Store CVS reviews
9I'm only giving a 1 because zero isn't an option. This location is so incredibly rude in the pharmacy. I can't believe anyone does business with them. My daughter got out of the hospital and I was helping fill her prescriptions. They are zero help and act very annoyed that you are even there. Absolute worst pharmacy experience I have ever had.
This store is closed permanently. The new one is located at 1003 California St about 1/2 mile away.
I stopped by specifically to get a flu shot which I had not scheduled in advance but the pharmacy technician was very helpful in giving me the shot in a timely manner. Also picked up some specials and the associate at the register was able to find my reward card information and update it for future visits. Lots of good buys to be had.
Paid more than my giant eagle. Went there because my insurance said it was cheaper. I'll never go there for scripts again.
Without fail, almost every time that I come in to pick up my prescriptions there is something wrong. I have gotten texts saying that my medication was ready for pick up, only to show up and have them tell me that they don’t have my medication. That happened this time as well. They also claimed that they didn’t have a prescription that I saw that my doctor had sent. If you can use any other pharmacy I recommend that you do that. My insurance forces me to use CVS and this is unfortunately the closest one to me (over 20 minutes away). I will be switching to a different CVS as I am sick of not being able to rely on this location giving me my medications when I am told they are ready for pick up. This also doesn’t include the issues I have had in regards to getting refills on my basic medications.
Slow pharmacy service.they care more about their lunch than waiting on customers. If you give them your phone number you will be spammed daily with their propaganda! Had to block them to stop it!
I have always used cvs and not had a bad experience until recently. However this was mostly due to an issue with my insurance so I cannot fully blame cvs. Working in a pharmacy can be stressful and chaotic, I think it would be helpful if more people understood that, and most places are understaffed.
This pharmacy is incredibly rude, the app doesn't even work anymore, I've had to call multiple times in one week just to get one medication filled. They also lie about medication and say that they can't be filled when what they actually mean is insurance won't pay for it, but they could fill it.
