Cathy/Kathy in the pharmacy is absolutely amazing. She is always a huge help and it's the best experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. Wouldn't use anyone else because of her!
I was nervous to come here for my covid booster because of all the bad reviews, but it was the only place I could get to.
I notice a lot of issues are more with prescriptions, but for a vaccine they were great! The pharmacy people all seemed nice too
It takes days for them to fill a prescription compared to hours at every other pharmacy in the area. Also, when you approach the pharmacy counter- everyone in the pharmacy will ignore you for as long as possible instead of simply saying "hello" or "we'll be with you soon". There's no wall. They can clearly see the customers. They can't even bother to politely acknowledge you.
Was shopping and heard one of the women working out loud say “Ugh! Just go home! ” When a car pulled into the parking lot. Seemed distasteful being there were people in the store still. Just a few minutes later came up to us (20 minutes before closing which is more than enough time to finish my shopping) to tell us they close soon in an awfully condescending tone.
I know when CVS closes. I don’t need to receive an attitude and be rushed when finishing my shopping.
No matter how many calls I make, or how many times i verify i can get my medication, it is NEVER ready and frankly i cant understand why. I'm a generally tolerant person so for me to even write a bad review stinks, but i have been using this pharmacy for a few years now and im always left frustrated.
Even for our one dog, who happened to be epileptic. It was nerve wracking because we weren't sure we would get the medication on time. And as a result, twice we were not able to get his medication on time.
Then when you question the service in any way, you are met with snarky remarks and excuses, which is also frustrating, as a customer facing business you should know, no one is coming at you personally but we are frustrated with the business you work for. When you respond with snark or attitude it then turns that focus to you.
They are so close to where i live too, i WANT to be able to give them business but i just can't anymore.
