Drug Store CVS reviews
17Wish I could give zero stars. If only CVS actually paid a decent living wage, I'm sure they wouldn't have an understaffing problem! The pharmacy never picks up the phone so I always have to go in person to ask a question. Not only that, every time I do go in person, I have to wait in an excessively long line because the pharmacy staff are all so busy doing other things—mostly prioritizing the drive-thru window. Maybe that's the way to do it. I feel sorry for the employees here, as I know they're all kind and work hard. But this is just ridiculous. I can't believe this place is even still standing.
This pharmacy displayed negligence this evening. The pharmacist I dealt with is named “Dom”. In addition to negligence, he was not customer service oriented.
I had just come from a 6pm doctors appt. I got in line very sick at your pharmacy at 6: 52pm. It was my turn at 6: 54. Dom told me, at 6: 54 “we can’t fill your Rx tonight. It will take 15 min to fill and we close in three minutes. I can prioritize it for the morning. ” I asked what time that meant and he informed me maybe btwn 10-11am. At best, a whole 15 hours of waiting in misery. Here is where the negligence comes in. Despite Dom needing to close at 7pm on the dot, guess what he did have time to do? Bill my insurance for all three Rxs WITHOUT FILLING THEM. Dom ought to consider a job less customer centric as he was anything but compassionate. Luckily CVS on Main St in Doylestown came thru for me and treated me with care after a doctor on call had to re-route the Rx to the other CVS pharmacy open until 9. I would like to be contacted by the manager of this pharmacy location tomorrow. You have my contact number in your system.
Highly recommend CVS on Main St I in Doylestown. Save yourself the misery and go to the pharmacists that care.
It's obvious now why this place has a 2.5 rating. Today, I picked up something from the shelf that was marked 29.99. It rings up as 46.76. I asked why, and they said it's a different one than where it was placed. The strange thing is, she could not find a place for this one and said she didn't know what happened, but unfortunately, it's $46.99. This place is a scam. Never shopping here again, that's for sure. Actually, considering it seems CVS is going downhill, it's probably time to short the stock.
Worst pharmacy in the world. They don't care about customers at all! I have always been poorly treated. I had surgery and left the medication order and went back to Pick Up, I was in the drive-thru line, I waited for almost 10 minutes and when it was my turn they simply closed it in my face! And it was simply a medication that I needed to take within the first hour after the procedure. Stop selling medicines if you cannot care for patients, especially vulnerable ones. CVS better just become a supermarket.
Don't bother calling them. After couple hours on hold, they still won't answer, they just hang up on you. There is always a super long wait time and the staff is rude.
If you call an hour before closing, you will be left on hold. They do not pick up the phone to service customers the last hour. First time calling this location and I was on hold for over 30 mins. Absolutely terrible. 0 stars should be an option.
I'm not even a pharmacy patient anymore. I left CVS years ago. I think you need to pay people better or hire more people because I was on hold to ask a question at the pharmacy for over 20 minutes before I decided to try rite aid. Maybe hire someone just to answer the phones in the pharmacy, this is outrageous.
By far the worst pharmacy i have encountered, ive never been placed on hold at any place for this long. Please transfer your prescriptions to another local pharmacy if you can!
The pharmacy here is terrible and understaffed. We have to wait more than 20 minutes every time we go in person. And good luck calling on the phone, we tried five times on different days at different times, they only picked up once. That one time they picked up they said “hold on” and then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and gave up at 30 minutes. Just horrible. Avoid at all costs.
0 stars if i could. They NEVER answer the phone and I have been on hold for 2.5 hours. This is ridiculous and not the 1st time I have called and had this issue. In addition I know of many other people who have had the same issue. Plan to transfer all our household persciptions as this is a joke for a pharmacy. In addition i went to pick up my perception the other day and 2 of 3 were INCORRECT and no longer the updated mg prescribed to me.not acceptable at all.
Horrendous for answering the phone. I don’t know if the phone system is off or if it’s the hired help, but I’ve waited on hold for over half an hour with no one picking up, not even to say “please hold”. Maybe I’ll have better luck at Costco…
Never restock on anything and refrigerated area is always empty. There is never an employee to be found and when they are they refuse to get up from their chair to help.
Got in to pharmacy drive thru line at 6: 40p.m. There were 3 cars ahead of me. It took more than 10 minutes for the second car to be waited on. By the time the car ahead of me finished it was 7: 01 p.m and the pharmacy had the metal gate pulled down as I pulled up to the window. It is unbelievable to me that I could wait in line that long and be completely disregarded. At least wait on the people who were in line before your closing time. Showers drive thru ever, if you are lucky enough to be waited on at all.
By far the rudest pharmacy staff I have ever encountered, including the pharmacist. Our pediatrician even commented on how rude and unhelpful they are. Stay away.
CVS, Ferry Road, PA had two employees on 27 April 23. Chris and Melissa. I first approached Melissa to download a picture in passport size. There was no such option on their screen. Then she asked Chris to help. He did everything in his capacity to help me despite being a busy time. Thank you very much
Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. The wait for your phone call to be answered is just as log as the wait in drive-thru -. I don’t understand how this location is still in business. Transfer your prescriptions and you’ll save hours.
The people here are incredibly nice; however, if I have a question and need to call at least for the past few weeks IF someone picks up they hang up right away. I'm infuriated to be honest. I understand being busy, but that's completely unprofessional. At least pick up and say "Please hold" and DON'T hang up on your customers.
