Horrible manager who lets her staff violently approach customers and without a mask. Her response was " wait in line. " Both her and Ms. Violent will be fired!

Twice incorrectly accused me of being a thief - two separate occasions, upon providing my receipt the last time I was told I shouldn't come back.called to speak to a manager, but the phone was simply passed to a coworker, because the level of immaturity and incompetence I saw could not have come from a manager.whoever runs this store needs to take control back from the yahoos they abandoned it to, this one is below the usual quality of CVS

Not the best cvs but definitely convenient. If it weren't for location this place would shut down. I actually chose to go to target across the street prior to cvs to just avoid it. There are always incorrect pricing on items and their lack of store inventory and information is just dissapointing. However, they do carry necessities we require ina convenient location. So.yay?

On Saturday February 29th, 2020 I had the unfortunate luck of dealing with "Tony" the Pharmacy intern, who made a point of lecturing me about the times between the fills of my Rx. 1. When and how I fill my medication is not your concern, and as a healthcare professional its not the place of an intern to lecture people at the consultation desk of a CVS. Your attitude has led me directly to reporting you, and Pamela whose license you were working under has led me to contacting the NABP to speak about the HIPPAA Violation that occurred when he decided to announce loud enough for the person behind me to hear that my Rx hadn't been filled in x amount of time and give him a good chuckle. This is a willful violation of HIPPA laws, which at minimum is a 10,000 dollar fine. That would separate from what the NABP will do to his licensing.

I don't need condescension from anyone least of a healthcare professional.

As a former military medic and nurse, I understand what the standard of care is for patients and what proper customer service looks like. This was not met, not even a little bit.

Subsequently, I went to a second CVS at 22nd and sout and the pharmacy manager there gave me an emergency fill to tide me over to Monday but he refused to give me the name of the district manager and would only refer me to the CVS customer service line. His name was Montano, he had zero reaction when I said there was a HIPAA violation and was also very dismissive when he gave me my Rx fill.

I don't understand how two separate stores on the same day would be so callous.

I just went to pick up items for a family member. I caused no trouble, did not get anywhere near rude, I didn't even speak for the most part because I wasn't spoken to anyhow. I had all necessary information and they (the pharmacy area) made me wait for almost 30 minutes, not due to getting the pharmacy items ready. Confirmation of the items being ready were made by phone but the pharmacy area had different plans. I left unsatisfied and unable to provide the items for my family member. I came back the next time a couple of days later because the items are a necessity. I had to wait again yet another 30 minutes due to them not properly having their information in order, after all information was confirmed days before. Terrible staff who could not understand information provided to them on multiple attempts and no apology whatsoever for their mistakes, I am a regular cvs customer but no longer at this particular CVS store. I love CVS, but I have to be honest about my experience this store purchase was terrible.

The best part about this store is its location. It's close to my job so it is easy to get to, however I would much prefer to go to Walgreens as it is cleaner and has better service. The people who work at this CVS do not have great customer service and the store promotes uncleanliness and being harmful towards the environment.

Really annoying turnstile for entering the store and very heavy door for leaving. Horrible access to the store.

I like this CVS because it is very close to where I live. The only complaint I have is about the Pharmacy staff - they have no people skills and are seemingly rude to customers. There's one lady who is very nice and sweet, but besides her, the Pharmacy staff is cold, not friendly, non-approachable, and seem annoyed at customers (even over the phone). They really need to work on their people skills and making customers feel welcomed and not like a bother because it's their job.

Pharmacy staff is incompetent and their attitude towards customer's needs is one where they couldn't care less. They have lost my business forever - much better service at the locally owned pharmacies in Wyalusing and Laceyville.

I enjoy my shopping experience here because employees and staff are helpful towards me. I like the discounts and when I can catch a sale and I like to watch for clearance items.

The pharmacy is TERRIBLE. Avoid this place at all costs. They are slow unhelpful and uneducated. I don't know how CVS treats there employees at this location but they all look completely miserable and are super unhelpful.

Pharmacy has really gone down hill in the last year. Completely unreliable and customer service is terrible.

Labels on items are generally incorrect so be careful. Generally is well stocked and open 24hrs which is a plus.

Very, very convenient. Fast, easy, friendly. Could not ask for more, other than longer hours for the pharmacy. But this is a great CVS in a great location.

This CVS Pharmacy used to be convenient, the pharmacy was open early and I would go at 7: 30 am, now it does not open until 8 am which is inconvenient for those who start work at 8 am! Also, CVS stopped selling cigarettes which is great, however their employees often smoke right outside the entrance which is terrible.

This CVS is reasonably clean and well-maintained, but the Rite Aid at 23rd and Walnut is much better.

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. Pharmacists serve zero help in getting scripts filled. Was told on 2 occasions that my script was ready hours before I arrived (after they neglected to contact the prescriber and I did). Both times was asked to wait 30 minutes as the order was still being processed. Can't avoid waiting in the medical industry, even when just trying to pick up your script. Big time unhelpful employees here. Go somewhere else.

It's a CVS. I has most everything you need, what else can we complain about? Satisfies my needs and opens at all hours of the day.
