Drug Store CVS reviews
7Very surprised by the negative reviews. We've been coming here for many years. The posted sales seem to be consistently accurate. The loyalty/points card system requires learning some strategy, and it's way too much paper for coupons printed on receipts (a larger CVS problem). But we never buy anything for more than 30% off. Efficient pharmacy. Hard to reach on phone, and slow automated system, but the app or website works well. Now with Covid the drive-thru takes forever, but inside it's quick, and the pharmacy team is helpful, or else you can do delivery.
They told me to wait for 10 to 15 minutes and I'm sitting there hour and 15 minutes and it still saying 10 minutes
So many "SALE" stickers you can't even see the products, and it turns out none of the stickers were valid! No organization, misleading prices, and their systems don't work properly
Do not go here! Read the NYT article on chain pharmacies from 1/31/20. These people are pushed by their corporate bosses past reasonable limits, and the results are dangerous. Besides rendering the pharmacists incompetent, it makes them miserable and unpleasant. I was warned, but didn't believe it. Never again.
Mosina (hopefully I spelled her name correctly) is THE BEST in the pharmacy, she’s so kind and makes me feel like she cares and understands, she went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate her! She deserves a raise and some recognition because she the only pharmacist I feel goes above and beyond to make sure the customer needs are met! Such a beautiful person!
Unless you want to be discriminated and be accused by the managers of being a "racist bigot", I don't recommend shopping at this particular location or even applying for a job at this location.
I have never used the pharmacy, but this store is within walking distance from my apartment and right next to the grocery store. They generally have no problems with doing separate transactions and taking all my coupons, so I enjoy finding good deals at this store, especially when they occasionally have carts of items set up for 90% off (got 5 boxes of lipton onion soup for 90 cents the other day). My only complaint is that their sales tend to make me buy more than I intended to!
