Drug Store CVS reviews
20There was a women in the pharmacy who was really rude to me when I asked about changing the location of my prescription. I had called eariler and the place was closed till ten. The women at the pharmacy then told me I would have to wait an hour for it. Whereas other places told me it would be 10 to 20 minutes and nobody but myself was in line and waiting. The women also told me I should have called and I let her know I had called. And she still was rude
Had a really nice checkout experience at the cvs at 3401 Walnut Street. The girl offered and then retrieved 2 packs of Scott Paper towels for me! She was the greatest!
Shared entrance with the restaurant next door.
When I entered a cashier greeted me and asked what I needed. Friendly and knew right where to send me on both visits.
CASHIER DO**A WAS VERY RUDE AND IGNORANT, SHOWED NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL WHEN CUSTOMERS ASKED HER QUESTIONS. POOR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS, HER ATTITUDE IS VERY AGGRESSIVE AND HOSTILE, THIS LOCATION IS CONVENIENT, BUT IF SHE'S THE ONLY CASHIER AND, IT'S CROWDED, I WILL GO TO ANOTHER STORE, THIS TYPE OF ATTITUDE IS NOT GOOD FOR THE CVS BRAND.
This location is awesome! I'm always greeted and they always have excellent customer service. I was completely astounded by one of the staff members bobby. Bobby was very knowledgeable, patient, and he went above and beyond to assist me, and inform me of the many different ways I could save some extra bucks in addition to my cvs.card! Its been a long time since ive been wowed by a staff members wonderful customer service. Thanks bobby and keep up the good work!
I don’t usually do reviews but they were so nice and helpful! Like 3 different employees helped me with finding wireless headphones and they were all so nice!
Everyone that works in this CVS are friendly.
They always ask if you need any help?
The Day Shift and the Night shift are down to earth.
I have not seen or heard anyone with bad attitudes at
this establishment.
Everyone that works here is so cool.
Pharmacist are extremely rude and rushed. I had a pharmacist hang up on me because she was frustrated about putting in a claim for my insurance company
Most of the employees are kind & always ask if you’d like help. Always busy though, and it is expensive.
No parking, always busy, and kind of overpriced, but the only thing in the area with a big selection of items. Basically a mini grocery store.
I bet it will be absolutely wonderful when they are done the construction but for now it's a little hard to look at on the outside meaning that it's kind of hidden behind the construction but inside is just fine
Almost always has what I'm looking for, in terms of things that I think I can buy at a cvs. Good customer service too
They always answer the phone at the pharmacy and have been helpful to me on several occasions re: prescriptions.
Despite CVS efforts towards promoting good health by no longer selling cigarettes which is great; this location has an ashtray post right outside it's door - despite Philadelphia code stating no smoking 25 feet in front of the door. So its really a turn off to have some disgusting ashtray post right there!
Worst cvs ever. Very rude and lazy staff.
If you ask for help all you get is a nasty attitude.
Busy place, but well stocked. Option to call pharmacy ahead works great. Staff are helpful despite being very busy.
This place is always busy, but they have a big selection of necessities. We spend time going between the hospital and hotel for a week at a time once a year and this CVS is convenient for that. Sometimes some of the staff can be abrupt but most of the time they're friendly even though they're busy.
The title says it all. I wish I could give this place a no stars rating. For a CVS that generally serves the Penn students, the staff is cold and rude. I don't know how they've been afloat so long. They're lucky that they're one of the only pharmacies on campus. You hear that Rite Aid and Duane Reade? Come on over. Anyways, I've never been to a CVS this bad and if you're the manager reading this, please consider sending the majority of your employees to anger management or resilience training.
While you'll still need to go to Frogro for your heavier grocery shopping, this CVS is one of the best places on campus to stock up on daily life essentials. At peak times, this store does get crowded, but the staff does keep things neat and tidy, and checkout lines move quickly. The prices are reasonable especially if you have their ExtraCare Card - every time you shop you'll get plenty of coupons, which come in handy if you shop regularly.
Very well stocked, everything needed for a last minute party. Be prepared to spend top dollar though! Standard downtown drug store pricing.
Biggest gripe is the standard one for Philly and cities everywhere, no parking. Only paid street parking is available but they are often full.
The pharmacy is often very busy and can be quite slow, plan accordingly.
