CVS, Ambler PA

I don’t usually write reviews. But this time I had to. The young pharmacist did everything she could to help me save money for the ear drops that was costing me around $300. She looked for a manufacture coupon for me. When she couldn’t find one, she called my doctor to change the prescription right away. It took a while to get thru them but she figured it all out for me & I was able to get my new ear drops on the same day. I appreciate her kindness and efforts. She was very helpful & polite unlike others.

The pharmacist was extremely rude will never return to this cvs for my prescriptions or anyone else In my family.

The new pharmacist went above and beyond (even though it was very busy) to find me the right medication. She is very kind and helpful.

UnexpectedlyRude Associates! [The Manager: "Heather"] acted completely *Unprofessional & straight up ghetto! Got caught up in a Blatant LİE! She was Watching a bunch of teenagers steal merchandise; rather than stopping them/reporting it-> she help conceal their actions.fool!

The absolute rudest pharmacy around. Giving people a two hour return on prescriptions for an emergency is absurd. And when you come back during their convenient timeframe, you’re told it’s still not ready! They have no sympathy for ill patients, no courtesy, and throw off an attitude when they have to do their job.

If you don’t like being a pharmacist and having to deal with people, find a different job instead of making our lives miserable.

Dropped off a prescription on Saturday and told me it would be ready for Monday. When I called on Monday, told me we have been on back order for weeks for that medicine. Thankfully it wasn’t an urgent medication, but it was so poorly handled and with no communication whatsoever. There are more than enough other places in the area that I would recommend over this one for getting your prescriptions.

CVS is n a very convenient location and I Love going to this CVS it feel like being home. Comfortable.
