CVS, Philadelphia PA

Visited CVS pharmacy at 6501 Harbison Ave in Philadelphia two times. Every time service is on OUTRAGEOUSLY UNACCEPTABLE level to the degree of terrorizing customers by pharmacy employees that are NOT customer friendly, are NOT filling timely prescriptions, are NOT informing customers when it is a time for refill.
First time, waited about 40 minutes for basic one medication refill and only got it because expressed objections to EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE service.
Second time waited almost ONE HOUR for basic one medication refill; and only got it after telling that I will be complaining to the corporate office.
Pharmacy employees are working like in slow motion picture. It appears that they are TOTALLY IGNORING waiting customers and are refilling prescriptions of customers that are not there.
Going to CVS pharmacy on 6501 Harbison Ave in Philadelphia is the same as going through the TORTURE CHAMBER. If CVS has no ability to employ real and normal working pharmacists, then CVS should just close this pharmacy and stop terrorizing customers!

No hand sanitizer for patrons to use at entrance. Didn t see anyone cleaning counters at pharmacy or check outs. MOST staff wearing masks appropriately but some may as well not be wearing at all with nose and often mouth exposed

I was call the customer service 4 times already in 10 minutes inside the store and no body responded

Minute Clinic sucks. The doctor isn't good. I wouldn't even call her a doctor. Worst place ever.ever.just be careful when you go to the clinic. I'm smarter than the doctor.

Best pharmacist there Gurinder hands down. He talks to you not at you and truly cares about people getting the meds they need to keep them healthy. A person with his level of class and respect is hard to come by these days. Good job sir.

Claimed my prescription wasn't covered by insurance. The first pharmacy the script was sent to filled the prescription days after I picked it up from here and had no issues getting it covered by my insurance. So not only was I lied to, but my insurance said no claim was ever submitted in the first place. Don't fill your prescriptions here unless you want to get stuck paying full price for something you need only to find out you got screwed over. Never purchasing something from here again

THIS IS THE MOST DISGUSTING, DIRTY, POORLY-MANAGED, DISHONEST PHARMACY AROUND, WITH THE WORST, RUDEST, AND LAZIEST STAFF.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Store is great itself with the products and etc inside but the dark skin guy there is very rude and makes faces at people who walk in

This pharmacy makes up policy as it suites them. What pharmacy doesn't accept cash as payment? That's because they can charge your insurance company more money they don't want you to use good rx. Profit before customers. And call their customer service even a bigger joke.

Extremely long waits for all pharmacy service even if you call ahead. I’ve waited in line at the drive-thu for over 25 minutes with only 2 or 3 cars ahead of me more than once. I’ve also been in line and their credit card system goes down. Just consistently poor service. If I call ahead for my prescription, I should be able to obtain it quickly.

This place usually drives me nuts especially at the pharmacy. Daniel A was so helpful and actually cared about my situation. He went above and beyond for me. And Lisa, who works in the store over night, is my favorite! She's so funny and is a pleasure to see.

This store is open 24 hours. I can run in and get what i need really quick with self pay kiosks

This is the 5th time this place has shorted me on my percription has this happend to anyone else? !? @? !? !? !? !

To much money for some damn nail polish 11: 50! Like damn other stores like rite aid are more cheaper but this store was the closest to my house.

Way to expensive plus trash on the parking lot everywhere. Clean up your parking lot. It looks like wasteland

Rude pharmacy staff at night.i came direct from emergency room to fill my child prescription, they make me to wait 30 minutes, when i said cvs wait time for 1 prescription should not be more than 15 minutes, Brian told me its Friday night!

This store is a nice store, however the pharmacy part seems to be just a big business. This part of the store seems to be GREEDY for money.

Being open 24 hours a day is very convenient. Going in the evening between 5: 00pm and 8: 00pm can be hit or miss with being crowded. I prefer to go in the late evening but if I have to go before 8: 00pm, the wait at either the pharmacy or self checkout is not too much of a wait.

Pharmacy staff very rude and not customer friendly. Although this is closer then Rite Aid I will not be back. I thought the first incident was isolated and possibly someone having a bad day. I gave them two more tries and the rudeness of pharmacy staff remained.

The lady the works at night (African American lady) is very nice but she forces her help on you until it becomes annoying. I know how to work the self check out miss. I don't need you giving me step by step instruction. I felt overwhelmed.
Less is more sometimes.
