Drug Store CVS reviews
9 Has to be the worst CVS in the country.
It’s dirty, aisles are always filled with boxes that aren’t put on shelves. Last but not least, they are AWLAYS out of my prescription which is INSULIN! This has happened more than 3 times now! They don’t care that I literally NEED insulin to stay alive. Horrible! Don’t go there if you are a type 1 diabetic- they will have you drive to other locations just to get your insulin!
This is the worst CVS I have EVER been at! I called my script at 2: 20.5 hours later and it’s still not done! They have screwed my scrips up in the past but I figured I’d give them another chance.
I had a great experience at the pharmacy. The pharmacist, Ty, was very kind and patient over the phone and had the medicine ready upon my arrival. She was caring and diligent and a pleasure to have on my side during a difficult time.
Woman claiming to be pharmacy manager was rude, lazy and did not want to do her job. She was annoyed to even help. CVS is
normally great but she needs to be replaced.
The worst pharmacy I tried to give them a chance, because the first time I drove here they didn't have my EpiPen in stock told me they would order it. I came a second time nothing, third time and now they telling me it's on a back order. On top of that the pharmacist told me how much it was like I couldn't pay for it. I'm just trying to save my life I am not worrying about a price.the worst
CVS forced me to go generic otherwise I'd have to pay over $300 for something that has been costing me less than $10 for years.
Horrible customer service. Absolute worst CVS and pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with-ever! Condescending, dismissive and just plain ignorant pharmacy staff- (even the manager). Do your job instead of making customers do your job.and do it professionally. This store has lost a longtime CVS customer. This place and managers need training at a minimum. Corporate should examine how these managers talk to and treat customers.
The worst customer service the morning staff and the manger I had a coupon on the phone and they refuse to scan it from my phone even I have a bar code and I went to diffrent cvs and they were ok with it and I couldn’t even print my own coupon every time I go there the kiosk is down very disappointed
I save more money at CVS then I do at any other Pharmacy. With the Extra Care Card coupons and my Extra Bucks I get back. An $80 purchase will normally end up being $30 or less. It's awesome they allow you to combined all your coupons and extra bucks. I love that about CVS!
