Drug Store CVS reviews
17The shelves are just.not stocked like it's a third world country. Messy. Disorganized. It's another world. How can you have a wall or nail care with no nail care? Did someone steal all the things and you just didn't bother?
This is a CVS you don't want to go to. Go to another CVS. They are the worst in Customer service. Don't put yourself through this aggravation.
This CVS isn’t hell, but you can sure see it from here. Terribly long lines. People standing everywhere waiting for prescriptions and flu shots. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
From the most part, this CVS is relatively the best location in the city. The staff is friendly and they have a large selection of products. There's one thing I don't like is their self checkout machines are always broken - strange but true. Perhaps order another line of machines? Overall, I really enjoy going to this CVS.
Very rude workers. It seems they really don't care for anything remotely close to customer service
Had to get a Tetnis shot since I stepped on a rusty nail. Walked in. Got the shot really fast. Great Pharmacy Staff!
I been a manager for a retail store for 30yrs and this manager needs a refreshment course on how to treat and handle store issues. All she wants to do is fix the shelves and not solve the issue. She is the worst.
Excellent staff at this CVS! This is also the neatest and cleanest CVS I have ever been in. Great store! A pleasure to shop here!
I honestly have so much respect for the staff that work at this location. I have seen pharmacists confronted for circumstances having EVERYTHING to do with a customers insurance plan or there inappropriate use of prescriptions and NOTHING to do with the staff.there is a gilded place in heaven for those pharmacists, the pharmacist techs and the CVS retail staff. Always pleasant. Keep up the great work:)
Worst customer service every. Was just in for a passport photograph the lady who look the picture was so rude! She doesn’t have manners to talk to a customer. Never going in there again.
So I am currently sitting in the god damn parking lot because I’m such a nice boy friend. My girlfriend got a e-mail stating that her order is ready for pick-up. Well jokes on me because that shizzzz nizz CVS did not even finish the order. Thanks for the pointless confirmation of unprepared orders.
The pharmacy consistently does not ring up my prescription correctly. 50% of the time I come and it's not run through my insurance and a promotional card on my account. It should come up with no copay. Wouldn't be a huge issue except I constantly have to wait 15+ minutes for them to redo it. Never had an issue with a previous CVS.
I work at a doctors office and just to simply call in prescriptions they leave you on hold for 20 minutes at a time and then when you hang up and call back the wait time restarts. The customer service over the phone is terrible!
Staff are really helpful and they are open 24/7. A little upset the tastykake display was moved to the back of the first isle in favor of less desirable snacks. The CVS is a staple in our neighborhood.
I went here for the first time today and this is my new pharmacy. The guys are so nice, fill everything fast, and explain everything as needed. There is a chain drug store one block from my house I used to walk to but I will be going out of my way to come here from now on.
Your phone is not working. This has been happening for weeks where the phone continuously rings instead of going to the automated message. Something is wrong with your phones please look into this.
I'm a physician
Unable to phone in prescription for more than an hour of calling at this "open 24 hour" cvs
Phone call disconnects
Abominable!
