The ladies who answered my call today was very pleasant and nice then she transferred my call to the pharmacy dept. The woman that answered my call was patient to answer my questions. I have been filling my rx here before I moved and the staff here are nice.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I seriously do not know how the pharmacy depart operates. There is no way they received medical degrees. EVERY SINGLE Time I pick up a prescription it is an issue on their end but they never show that. DO NOT USE THEM

My Doctor prescribed a medication that my insurance doesn't cover. Since it is not an expensive medication, he told me to go ahead and pay out of pocket. However, because insurance will not pay, the pharmacist at this store told me she would not fill it. She said that the company (CVS) puts the responses of insurance companies ABOVE the recommendations of the doctor. Even after my doctor's office called, and said to go ahead and fill my prescription, she refused, again citing that the insurance company gets the final say, DESPITE the fact that I was more than willing to pay the $13. I've never had one 'supposed' medical professional so blatantly disregard the orders of another. I now use COSTCO Pharmacy and the respect my doctor's office and my doctor's treatment. CVS is a danger to anyone who needs medication in a timely fashion to battle a chronic condition.

Hope you dont want to trust a drug store. Told me prescription would be ready at 7: 15 and the pharmacy was open till 9, this was at 4 pm. Showed up at 8: 05. Was told they close at 8. That they changed their hours. Person was still there and the gate was still up. Then was told it wasnt ready anyway. Garbage store. Hope someone that matters sees this.

We have used this CVS for pharmacy the past few years without issue but the last few times have been AWFUL. Waiting hours for prescriptions when they should be filled quickly, notifications never been sent when they are filled, filling the prescription incorrectly (for tylenol!) and clear signs of just overall untrained or understaff resulting in multiple return visits for same script.

I called in prescription Saturday and was told they would contact my Dr for renewal. Went to pick up Thursday and they had not acquired refill.
I contacted Dr myself and she called it in, to be sure they had it but after 30 minutes on hold no answer. They do not answer phone. Tried calling Friday Terrible service, need more and responsive help.

9: 30 a.m. And still no pharmacist on site. Unable to pick up medication. Need to find somewhere else to fill.

Manager is lazy and rude. Treats employee so badly they are miserable to customers. DONT COME HERE. And avoid the terrible manager. Stores a mess too.

I absolutely do not like going to this CVS. There is always, always a problem when picking up my prescriptions. This location is less than a mile from my house, so it's the most convenient, but I cringe every single time I have to visit this store. It's always a matter of "we don't have that in stock" or "I'm sorry, didn't anyone call you to tell you we are out of stock" I have received text messages numerous times saying my script is ready and it never is when I arrive and no one ever apologizes or even seems bothered. At this point, I'd prefer to drive the extra 3 miles to go to the CVS down the street. It's so sad.

I recently went to this cvs with my mother. We had a 25%off coupon which could be used with our cvs card. We bought $180 worth of goods. At the checkout counter I didn't have my cvs card which is usually not a big deal because they let me use my phone number. When I asked to do that they told me it was not an option to use my phone number- even though I did the same thing the week before in the same store. I was told that if I came back with my CVS card, I would be refunded the 25%. I came back 15 mins later with my card and spoke to Mike the manager. He was one of the most rude and inconsiderate people I have ever met. He gave me nothing but a hard time so I ended up returning every single item. I have never had a problem at this CVS before but because of this experience I will be using rite aid from now on. The way Mike spoke to my mother was appalling and I hope he gets fired.
