CVS, Lancaster PA

No complaints. Pharmacy always has my prescriptions when I get there. The people are nice. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone is friendly. The security lady is kinda snobby. I say hi to her everytime I go there and she just looks at me like I came from the moon or something

I have been waiting in this line for 43 minutes now, and have had two pharmacists walk by and not assist me in the slightest bit. I've timed it. 43 minutes. They stare at me while on their cell phones with their parents and neglect the duties their job titles require them to do, while a customer who has been coming to their store for a year now, has been waiting for 43 minutes. The customer service is abhorrent and I will be going to Rite Aid from now on.

Agreed with most.has what you need but this store needs a good cleaning for sure. Friendly staff.

Used this one for the first time since it's by my doctors. Better then some of the other CVS's in the area.

I have never in my life had such a bad experience with any pharmacy. This pharmacy was horrible. I spoke to 5 people and all 5 people had no idea what they were doing. The pharmacist was also unprofessional.

Friendly staff, usual stuff. Dirty store though, I have been going to this cvs for just over a year now and the windows have the same dirt, cobwebs, & stains from a year ago. And I said something 9 months ago. Cleanliness isn't a priority at most cvs' anyway but not doing the windows in a retail establishment hurts business. Most items are kept in stock except for the Pepsi products in the cooler (grrrrrr). They say they have spoken with pepsi several time but to no avail. LOST REVENUE.

Not the cleanest CVS I've been in, but they have everything you need. The parking here is horrendous. They staff here is great though, very friendly and helpful.

It's a cvs. Products subpar, flimsy, and overpriced. I might overlook this in a pinch, but the staff don't respect their customers and show no signs of empathy. Will not be shopping here again.
