2Tried to pick up a Rx and was told to come back in 15 minutes. Came back 45 minutes later and was again told to come back in 15 minutes. The Rx was for two boxes of insulin pens, not a hard order to fill. Pharmacist acted like she couldn't be bothered with Customer Service. When I asked why a different Rx had been cancelled by CVS, she stated she tried to contact my Doctor but when she was not able to, she decided to cancel my Rx. What? Why not call me if she could not contact the Doctor? It's acceptable to just cancel a Rx when a small issue arises?
Be more friendly and helpful. Take the time to listen and show understanding to the customer. Make things easier not harder. Get the customers info when the RX is dropped off. Call them with updates or questions. This was the second time using CVS and sadly both times should have been better. I don't think I will be using a CVS again!
