CVS Pharmacy, West Grove PA

I had previously given them a better review.today they were absolutely not helpful. I called trying to get information regarding Adderall. The shortage has made it increasingly difficult to get, and doctors are way too busy to call around various pharmacies! They wouldn't tell me if it was in stock - said the doctor would have to call. "We don't give information regarding controlled substances to patients. " I called a different pharmacy, and they were so helpful! They confirmed they didn't have it, but heard that a different pharmacy had some, and suggested I give them a call. I did, they checked their inventory, told me what was in stock, and then I was able to give the doctor that information.

Last week I went to CVS to pick up a medication, and found that they also filled a 3 month supply of a different medication, which I had plenty of. The medication was 400 bucks (which I will need eventually, but not until May). I accepted the meds and didn't complain, because the pharmacy had been helpful before - pharmacy employee Bev is great! However, I can't rely on a pharmacy that has inconsistent service!
