Me and several other vehicles were waiting in the pharmacy line, first of all it’s set up to take two cars at one time and they always have one blocked, leading to and terminally long lines and weight times. As I rounded the corner and pulled up to the window they decided to go to lunch, no warning, no indication that they would be shutting down. You do not run a business this way, just shutting down when you have a long line of customers waiting to fill their prescriptions. Ridiculous poor management here the pharmacist included. You don’t just shut the window when you have a bunch of customers waiting, pathetic! If they were somewhere else to go I would surely go. Anyone reading this take your business elsewhere if it all possible. They’re just getting worse. This rating scale should be revised to allow for negative number reviews.

Poor customer service in the pharmacy. I was on hold for 39 minutes before talking to a pharmacy technician. Then the lady that waited on me at the drive thru was rude and condescending.

Never seem to be able to have medications ready in a reasonable amount of time. Everytime we have a prescription called in its atleast a 4-6 hour wait. We've even gone back the next day and been told it's still not ready.

I have been on the phone over 18 min now waiting for someone to pick up at the pharmacy. If I didnt have to use them I would not. 26 minutes and still counting. This is ridiculous!

Worst CVS location ever. Racist for sure. Why would CVS not stock a life line medicine they've been filling for years? ! I needed to go to the ER and have to take my own medication because it's special ordered. I couldn't go to the hospital because they didn't have my medication in stock. The hospitals don't carry my medication. I'm allergic to the hospital manufacturered brand. My medication comes from the pharmaceutical manufacturer of that medication. I take it with me for hospitalizations and ER visits. This is a major failure for the patient. The pharmacist got angry at the patient. His actions were unethical and unlawful.

John the pharmacist is always so pleasant and helpful. He is very conscientious and eager to help his customers have a great experience. The other personnel in the store were also exceptionally helpful today!
