1 Before you even think about applying for a job at this place make sure that they are willing to do all necessary requirements for you to even work there. It's a shame how this company will get your hopes up high, hire you because you obviously have the skills and everything needed to work there and then you are let go when your past is looked up. Whatever happened to second chances? A lot of people have a past of not so smart things they did when they were younger. But why hire people and waste their time when your are going to discriminate against them later? It makes no sense. Corporate really needs to change their hiring process and do everything needed and checked before even offering the job to anyone. What a let down for people who are just looking for a chance in life and to try and improve their life. So unfair!
