Called on a Monday morning, to schedule a repair/replacement of grinder pump in septic system.
Wyatt arrived same day, shortly before the septic tank pumper arrived, & stayed until the tank was pumped. Did a VERY THOROUGH JOB trying to determine the cause & answering my questions. Once he made his decision, he called in Kurt to assist & also provide for safety. They removed old pump, all floats, and wiring.
They found old plastic wire ties, & wood in the bottom of the tank.
They replaced pump, redid the wiring, tested the system.
Both Wyatt & Kurt were thorough, professional and more than willing to answer all of my questions.
BOTH WENT WAY BEYOND WHAT WAS NEEDED!
Highly recommended & without a doubt would use again!
