I have used D. E. Wildasin & Son multiple times over the last 4 years for various plumbing and AC jobs and have never been disappointed with their performance. Their techs answered all my questions with patience and knowledge and offered advice on things I did not even think of as preventative maintenance.

I have been using this company for over two years for assistance during our older home renovation process. Work provided for plumbing and HVAC replacement. All work was completed on time and to my complete satisfaction. Staff are knowledgeable, professional, experienced and friendly. Highly recommended.

I have been using this comp-any for 30 years and have never. Been disappointed. They are the best.

We have used Wildasin's for many different plumbing issues; clogs, water heaters to a new sewar line. Always keep you informed about the job progress, and the cost. Will work with you on payment for the hugh jobs. Work area is neat and tidy when they leave. Fortunately, they have two separate plumbing Companies, so if one is full, the other will respond. I cannot compare cost with other businesses. Only called another Plumber one time for an emergency. A week later I called Wildasin's to fix the other Companies botched job.

Our family has been using D. E. Wildasin & Son for all of our plumbing needs since I was a little girl. I am a single woman, and sometimes I feel that service repairmen take advantage of this by over- charging me or trying to sell me things that I do not need. That has never been the case with D. E. Wildasin. They are always very honest and up front about any costs. They are also one of the only plumbing services that will come out to my home to do a repair on a holiday. Their prices are fair and their work is exemplary. I recommend D. E. Wildasin to all of my friends and family. Their service technicians are always friendly and efficient.

I called the company to schedule a plumbing appointment for my sink and toilet. They said they don't accept appointments and that they just have jobs listed and the guys come back and pick the jobs, so they would need to call before coming out. I'm an easy going person, so I said this was fine, not knowing when they may come by a day or even a week from then. The guy called 15 minutes before getting here, who was informed that the driveway was long and it was past the first building. Knowing that it had snowed the previous night. I was left a voicemail stating that he wouldn't go up the driveway and he was parked down at the building. I proceed to walk outside to go talk to him which is only a short walk from the house. I begin walking down the hill, and he proceeds to yell from the building at me, not waiting for me to get down and talk to him. He said he refused to go up the driveway because he didn't want to get stuck and ruin any of the driveway. I informed him that we've been driving up and down since the previous night, and it wasn't a problem. He rudely told me he won't do it unless it's cleared although he had a truck, and we even had a car that had been going up and down our driveway. So I called another company, who I was able to schedule an appointment with, were accommodating with the snowy driveway who have vans, not trucks, and have nice technicians that are able to communicate in a professional, positive manner. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company unless you're ok with unprofessionalism and lack of organization.

I had water leaking into my basement from my bathroom. The plumber came out and found my shower head pipe cracked off in the wall and repaired it in an hour. He was very friendly and professional.

They did not get me the warranty i had coming to me, I called the factory and got service immediately part was covered, was told by DE no way will they cover this part cost was $1200 I got it free?

This company is horrible. A couple months ago, I called this company to fix my heater, they did everything but fix it. The guy took everything apart and tried to fix the problem. He did replaced a part but he could not installed it properly. The guy put tape and glue around the new piece because it was not the right size. That just made it worst and it started leaking! Then he called someone else to come to try to fixed it, but he said the entire boiler needed to be replaced. He said it would cost 5,000 dollars. To me, that sounds like a rip off. Personally, I will never call this company again!
