D-Express Laundry, Erie PA

That place is horrible. I'll never spend another dollar in there. They lost a weekly customer.

Started coming here back in August. The place is cleaner then other places i've been.feel safer coming here to do laundry because of the 24/7 security. The prices are good for the size of washers and dryers they have.

This place has went downhill very badly and now someone geniuses decided to screw down the chairs so there’s no way of getting by with a laundry basket.this place is filthy and disgusting you are better off going anywhere on the east side. See photos attached for proof.

Attention 24/7 if you forgot something for your laundry you can get it there, you can leave your machine running if you are aware of the time you can and do another errand.

Very clean, washers and dryers are of varied sizes so you can choose what works for you. Pleasant, safe atmosphere.

Nice and clean but really bad vibe as soon as I walked in.lady isn't very friendly, and seems to be pretty miserable.prices are kinda high.probably won't be coming back.

Came here to do my laundry it's decent nice washers and dryers. Little bit cramped inside.

I spent $7 on one washload and $3 on 3 dryers, so why do I now have holds on my checking account for $30? This is beyond ridiculous.

On my most recent visit a hold was placed on the funds in the account I used for payment in excess of the amount I had actually spent. I'd have made purchases from the vending machine had that not happened; I didn't want any more of my money tied up.

Would be a great place, but couldn't even get my laundry basket out the car because parking is so little. 8 parking spots, but an overkill of equipment. They must believe most people are walking. Also drying prices are a bit excessive, 4 minutes for a quarter isn't great. But washing prices weren't bad at all.

We really love it here. Clean, Clean, Clean! Wow, that's a mouthful. But it's True, not many place's like this anymore. We're always telling people about this place. New Washers and Dryers, 2 cable TV's, Chair's that are actually comfortable, and Laundry Service's, what more do you want! We travel from Lake City, PA, just to do our laundry here. The Staff are very helpful and actually enjoyable to talk to.

And now the dryers have all been reprogrammed to offer ONLY 24 minutes for $1, which is aggravating. On a laundry trip which has until now required that I use 2 dryers for 36 minutes each, I now need 3 dryers for 24 minutes each. How is it an advantage to anyone to limit the dryers that way?

Big price hikes on the already-expensive wash cycles. The initial investment in the equipment must be amortized by now, so you'd think the ownership could give customers a break, but no.

D-Express Laundry is open 24/7, and they even have an attendant on-site until 8pm! I recently moved into my own apartment (no more roommates.woo-hoo!), and I haven't purchased a washer/dryer yet for my new place. The previous apartment was fully furnished (appliances, furniture, etc.) ; however, my new crib is unfurnished. Oh my, time to spend, spend, spend! Until I find the time to go washer/dryer hunting, I will need to launder my clothes here. I specifically chose D-Express Laundry because it is very clean, filled with state-of-the art equipment, secure, and because you're able to swipe a debit/credit card for payment. No more awkward, old-school "pocket full of quarters" for the payment method - unless, of course, that's your preference. Yes, as others have stated in their reviews, D-Express Laundry is more costly than their competitors. The prices for a one load cycle are $3.75, $4.75 or $5.75 (depending on what washer size you choose). The prices for the dryer are either $0.25 (for 6 minutes) or $0.50 (for 8 minutes) - in which, you pay that same amount again for each additional increment of either 6 or 8 minutes. Yeah, the cost of drying is very economical. The washers, on the other hand, are a little steep on price. But, if you want thoroughly cleaned clothes in a nice facility, you have to pay up! Your choice.

I live in Harborcreek and drive 20 minutes to this location because of the quality, cleanliness and safety I feel here. Cara is so helpful and friendly!

Normally I love coming to this establishment when I get too far behind on my laundry to do it in my own home. Today is the first time I wasn’t impressed with my experience. I used 4 different washers, all of my stuff came out smelling of bleach, not a big deal because I didn’t find any bleach spots on my laundry and that’s what really matters to me. I used 6 separate dryers and all of my laundry came out smelling like urine. I’ll definitely be back because this was an isolated incident and I hope it continues to be an isolated incident.

Hands down the cleanest, most well Kempton laundromat in or around the Erie area! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, the best laundry experience I've had while working in Erie for the last 3 months! Definitely a suggested stop for doing your laundry
